Estranhamente, o hotel é ”de cabeça para baixo” - o lobby fica no último andar e, depois de usar as máquinas para fazer o check-in, descemos de elevador para chegar ao nosso quarto. Quarto agradável, de bom tamanho; o único dos quatro hotéis em que ficamos onde podíamos andar dos dois lados da cama! Tinha até um sofá para relaxar. Uma cama confortável. Um quarto muito relaxante para a nossa estadia. Havia uma lavanderia muito agradável com três máquinas de lavar, uma máquina de gelo, dois fornos de micro-ondas e alguns dispensadores de bebidas. Embora haja muitos turistas, não conseguimos encontrar programas em inglês na televisão. Muito conveniente para a estação ferroviária, mas ficava a cerca de 30 minutos a pé do Atomic Bomb Dome e do Peace Park. No entanto, sendo mais remoto, era uma área tranquila. O café da manhã era aceitável, não era extenso, mas suficiente. Fizemos o check-out na televisão do quarto, deixamos as chaves da porta no quarto e saímos do hotel. Muito eficiente, um ótimo sistema. Nós gostamos da nossa estadia e recomendamos este hotel.

💯 The experience truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hatchobori Station. Just a few steps outside and you have plenty of food and shopping options, and getting to attractions by streetcar is no problem at all. The biggest surprise was the in-room amenities – it actually included a private washer-dryer combo and a microwave! After a few days of travel, you don't have to accumulate a pile of dirty clothes; they come out clean and perfectly dry, which is so convenient. The room design is modern and clean, and the mattress is really comfortable. I highly recommend it for both solo travelers and those on longer trips. I'll definitely consider this place again next time I visit Hiroshima!

It is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan within the similar price range and same facilities (without onsen/public bath). The room is spacious and there is a sky lounge and complimentary drinks for guests to enjoy every night. The staff also speak English which is a bonus for English speaking guests. The location is convenient and you can see the a bomb site from far from the hotel and walk to the shopping street.

Überdurchnittlich großes Zimmer mit 3 schiesschartenartig kleinen Fenstern, deren Verdunkelung wegen defekter Rollos tagsüber nicht aufgehoben werden konnte. Großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und Regendusche. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, aber kein Tisch und kein Stuhl, lediglich Sofa und Beistelltisch - also kaum geeignetes Mobiliar um ggf, selbst zubereitete Speisen auch angemessen verzehren zu können. Rigide Beachtung der Check-in-Zeit. Wir mussten unsere Pässe mehrfach vorlegen und anschließend alle persönlichen Angaben vom Geburtsdatum bis zur Adresse selbst in ein PC-Terminal eingeben. Diese Daten waren alle von der Reservierung her bekannt bzw. hätten aus den Pässen ausgelesen werden können. In anderen Hotels waren solche Daten voreingegeben und wir mussten nach deren Kontrolle nur noch unterzeichnen. Das wäre ein Standard, der heute möglicher Digitalisierung entspricht. Auswahl an Amenities ausgesprochen bescheiden. Nur Pulverkaffee verfügbar, keine Dripbags. Für ein Frühstück wurde auf 3 Bahnhof-Cafés verwiesen, die z.T. erst ab 09:00 Uhr offen waren. Die ausgesprochen positiven Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

There was a feeling of cleanliness, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were abundant, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. I would like to introduce it to my friends.

O equipamento da casa de banho e do quarto é bastante antigo, mas a relação preço/desempenho é muito boa. O transporte é conveniente (você pode pegar o ônibus limusine do aeroporto de Hiroshima e caminhar por dez minutos para economizar 900 ienes em taxas de táxi). A Avenida Heping, em frente ao hotel, é colorida em todas as estações e é adequada para passear. Os arredores SOGOU, Fukuya, Mitsukoshi e LoFt estão todos a uma curta distância a pé.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

Отель понравился, очень стильный с закосом под европейскую старину, удобное расположение - легко дойти пешком до Парка Мира. Персонал очень вежлив и готов помочь. В дождь дают зонтики от отеля, бесплатные пакетики с разными видами чая. Прекрасный шведский стол на завтрак в ресторане. Из минусов только совмещенная с туалетом душевая.

Best for families, esp if you are driving to Hiroshima. 1. Kids loved the bunk beds & the stairs- spacious, clean, comfortable, super fun! So much space to chill & unwind. 2. Lower Deck beds- big & comfortable, charging points on the sides, mirrors on sides too. 3. Washing machine within the unit- save money without needing coin laundry. Easy to wash clothes. 4. We got clean towels everyday( you can choose not to accept) 5. Carpark space right outside Hotel so you can move luggages easily & quickly. Love this & will stay in other Fav Hotels in Japan too!

In unit laundry is absolutely amazing. Can pick up some detergent at a 7-11 or FamilyMart next to the hotel for a couple hundred yen that can last you quite awhile compared to the coin ops that easily takes more. Only downside is the full room makeup is done for a charge and that there are a lot of stains on the couch which is very off-putting. The room is smaller than what the picture shows, but thoughtfully laid out carefully with all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent near the famed Nagarekawa where there is a lot of dining and entertainment. Also a short walking distance to Hondori Shopping Street and the A-bomb dome.
