A decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting. Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range. Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.

É super prático para refeições e compras. **Quarto:** O quarto é muito pequeno e a cama é de má qualidade, com as molas muito notórias, tornando o sono bastante desconfortável. As instalações dos quartos standard são fracas e a higiene também deixa a desejar. O primeiro quarto em que ficámos tinha um cheiro forte, a mesa estava suja e o berço de madeira para criança estava muito estragado, parecendo que ia desmanchar-se a qualquer momento. Mais tarde, fomos mudados para um berço de viagem, que era aceitável, mas o colchão, que é dobrado ao meio para arrumação, não conseguia ficar plano. **Ruído:** Durante esta estadia, ficámos num quarto no terceiro andar e depois fomos transferidos para um quarto no sexto andar. Em ambos os quartos, era possível ouvir à noite a música das discotecas, gritos de pessoas e o barulho do elétrico/VLT, o que dificultava muito o sono.

Recentemente tive o prazer de ficar no Valo Hotel em Helsinki, e foi uma experiência excepcional! O design moderno e a atmosfera acolhedora me fizeram sentir em casa. A equipe foi incrivelmente amigável e atenciosa, garantindo que todas as minhas necessidades fossem atendidas. As comodidades, incluindo a academia e a área de bem-estar, eram de primeira qualidade, proporcionando uma maneira perfeita de relaxar após um dia agitado explorando a cidade. Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

The location is 230M walk outside the airport. As the snow on the pavement can be deep. It will make this short walk a bit difficult. The check-in, luggage storage, and check out services were all efficiently arranged. The room is reasonably specious. Amenities are basic. There are a 2 in 1 shampoo+body wash, and a conditioner. There was a hair dryer but no kettle.food choices in the buffet breakfast were reasonably rich. As an airport hotel, it has a checkin kiosk in the lobby.

Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
