The team made a fantastic impression from the start with prompt and efficient email communication prior to arrival. I do let them know I’m taking the red-eye flight to Prague in advance. On my first day, I was able to leave my luggage directly at the property. The staff not only prepared my room ahead of schedule for an early check-in, but also transterred my luggage to the room and gave me a delightful complimentary room upgrade! The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their hard work. The thoughtfulness and professionalism of the staff embody hospitality at its finest.

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

Precisei fazer outra reserva neste hotel, pois tive que fazer ajustes de última hora no meu voo de volta para casa, vindo da Chechênia. Reservei mais algumas noites neste mesmo hotel e expliquei a situação à equipe no momento do check-in. A pessoa que me atendeu no check-in foi muito prestativa e resolveu tudo para que eu não precisasse trocar de quarto durante a estadia. Além disso, como meu voo era tarde, eles me permitiram guardar minha bagagem no hotel pelo resto do dia, antes do meu voo, sem custo adicional. Recomendo muito!

Beautifully design room, spacious and comfy and clean. Location is excellent being in the centre of old town entrance, between old and new town. 15 min walk to Charles bridge through old town. Highly recommended!

My friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues. I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression! The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels. The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots. The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively. The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist.

É muito bom, limpo e higiênico, com bastante água quente. Também é bem animado; você precisa de um cartão para entrar e sair. É frequentado principalmente por jovens, e os funcionários são muito prestativos. Só é um pouco caro em feriados. A localização é conveniente; tem um restaurante de mala tang (hot pot apimentado) por perto, o que é ótimo. O chá com leite do Comebuy também é delicioso e não muito caro, satisfazendo minha vontade de comida chinesa.

O quarto estava limpo, não muito iluminado. Faltava tomada livre, ou tomada perto da cama. As únicas tomadas livres eram uma na sala de entrada e uma no banheiro. Havia uma abertura sob a porta da frente com luz do quintal sob a porta. A internet wi-fi não era rápida (down 12 / up 11 Mbit), mas estável. A TV estava mostrando apenas 10 canais alemães, 2 tchecos e 1 russo. Não havia sachês de café instantâneo, mas havia gado elétrico, sachês de chá grátis (2 de frutas, 2 pretos) e sachês de açúcar. As torneiras de água na pia e no chuveiro são separadas, e leva algum tempo para definir a temperatura necessária. Não tenho certeza se o radiador de escada no banheiro estava funcionando corretamente quando ligado no máximo. Os azulejos na entrada e no banheiro estavam frios. O café da manhã era delicioso e com ampla escolha.

The hotel is 5min walk away from the tram station Stepanska, being away from the main circuit of the old town means you will have some level of peace at the night. The room is clean with only some level of hot water tuning is required everytime but not really a big nuisance, the TV is able to connect to Bluetooth for you to watch your movies through phone and speaker through the TV. The washing machine and dryer is free of charge only need you to stay awake for the long cleaning cycle, do bring your own detergents. I like the service of the hotel being the fact the receptionist is very helpful to my request on lending the phone call due to emergency. Staying at the hotel also grant you 10% discount to the Wellness Center on basement - do give it a try, it relaxes you on a long journey . Overall I like the stay on Mamaison and do not regret my choice of stay in Prague with this hotel.

The location and the little apartment was great, right behind a shopping mall and 5mins walk from a local Christmas market with bunch of shops nearby. The bin was broken but that doesn't harm. Everything was great but had issue on the check in process, the confirmation email was not sent to my email and I find out upon arrival. Took me an hour to get it done in the cold. - I am not sure if this is trip.com issue or the management issue of this hotel group. Have to make sure you have done the online check in process through the link the will send to your personal email if anyone is booking this place.
