"這個酒店的床是這次旅行中最好的床沒有之一，支撐度和軟硬度都非常的好，包裹感很強又不會軟，被套也是正常的棉布材料，不像很多酒店那個布料糙糙的，這個被套談不上很軟但是很正常很舒適，就像我們自己蓋的那種，我本來有些感冒，睡過了這個床之後早上我都能明顯感覺感冒好像會好一些，兩天了都是如此，然後這個酒店的早餐也是蠻豐富的，主要味道也好吃，不光這個酒店的東西好吃，我居然發現整個泰寧我吃的餐館味道都蠻好的，證明泰寧的口味是做的相當不錯，酒店的環境是沒得説的，夜裡大家都睡後很安靜，我都能聽到很遠處的雞叫聲，讓人感覺很寧靜，所有的都蠻好的，唯一有點兒問題的是可能空調不是很制暖，吹好久沒多大暖和氣兒，酒店方要找做空調的來看一下比較好，整體這家酒店真的是可以的，大家閉眼沖"

"如果環境評星級有10顆星的話，那我就打滿10顆！ 太令人驚喜了，安納班納～ 此次旅途其實是意外中的，因為有事剛好路過泰寧，已經是在泰寧古城住了一晚，第二天想着換一個酒店，恰逢颱風巴威，已經做好了風雨交加的準備，而且聽説酒店沒有電視，所以沒有帶很多期望入住。事實證明往往期待值越小，驚喜就越大。 ■從一進酒店的大門開始，映入眼簾的就是一幅山水畫卷，再到接駁車接到咖啡館前台，送上的洗塵禮小食也讓人很温暖，像回了家。正喝着温熱的養生茶，這時候從吧枱走出了一衹非常乖的中華田園犬——黑妞。她內向、禮貌、有邊界感，讓人摸，但會觀察人害不害怕她，所以不會主動靠近人。 ■到了房間，由於雨季返潮，地板有點潮濕。聯繫了管家，馬上幫我們換了一間乾燥的房間，速度非常快！雖然是下着雨，但是走在安納班納種滿綠植的走廊裏，感覺非常舒適，並不會因為下雨而覺得煩躁。 而且還意外的在走廊裏看到好多在城市幾乎見不到的昆蟲:小葉春蜓、白斑眼蝶。沒下雨的時候，在酒店的室外走着，還見到了赤褐灰蜻和網脈蜻，小朋友驚喜的一直在歡呼。 （之前有看到一個評價説酒店衹有遮陽簾，第二天早上被亮醒。我們入住前也有擔心，結果入住之後發現事實根本不是那樣，應該是那個客人自己不懂得調，也沒問管家。酒店的遮陽簾非常高級，有上下兩層設計，上面是比較透明的，下面是遮光的:最後一張圖片裏有。我們睡得很安穩。） ■最驚喜的部分不得不提酒店的餐廳了。包括第二天早上的話，我們一共在餐廳吃了早午晚餐三餐。每一餐都非常棒，非常滿意。後悔自己第一天住在了古城，不然還能多品嚐幾餐，但是會有機會的，下個月還想再來一次！ ■在安納班納遇到的每一個工作人員都非常熱情和專業。感覺大家都是用心在經營這個酒店，也很用心的對待每一個客人。 真心的推薦安納班納！"

"滿分體驗！服務、早餐、房間無可挑剔 這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！👍 酒店的服務特別貼心，從辦理入住開始就感受到工作人員的熱情，態度温和又有耐心，有任何需求都能及時響應，讓人感覺特別舒服。 早餐種類豐富多樣，食材新鮮、味道在線，熱菜、主食、水果、飲品一應俱全，吃得飽又吃得好，開啟元氣滿滿的一天超合適~ 房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，衞生間也打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，隔音效果也不錯，晚上睡得特別安穩。 整體性價比很高，地理位置也方便，不管是出行還是遊玩都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！"

"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."

"We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel."

"前台阿姨熱情招待，見我們帶有寶寶，送了新年禮物還有早餐券，停車場保安指揮停車很敬業，車到門口就馬上來問有什麼需要，可以停地下停車場，有電梯直達樓層。房間雖然舊一點，但是設施都正常使用，衞生搞的乾淨，特別誇獎這個酒店的電梯非常快，可惜英文不行，沒認出什麼品牌。離泰寧古城不遠，晚飯後去走走非常愜意。"

"房間太小，對於3個人而言，但是裝修較新，用品也不錯，房間對面有個茶室，用起來挺方便，公區不錯，老房子改造，後山也不錯，就是爬起來要點體力，酒店周圍配套太少，沒吃飯的地方，買東西也不方便，酒店早餐差一點，離大金湖還挺遠，自駕比較方便"

"Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu"

"完美契合了山中隱居的想象空間，老闆熱情周到，會根據我們的想法推薦出遊路線，廚娘手藝超羣，每個菜都超級好吃。免費升級到了躍層套房，誰能想到還有無敵雙綠（陽台+衞生間）的配置啊！下雨天可以對着滿山翠綠發呆，天氣好就開車出去大金湖轉一圈，美景美食雙豐收！最後給第一次去的朋友提個醒，導航一定不要用百度——説是走小路可以省多少里程多少時間來着，把我導到山間小道上害得車都被颳了結果也沒省下時間來！"
