"剛入住酒店的時候，服務人員就非常熱情接待我們。看着我們是晚上到的，還給我們放了歡迎小時。還有前台做的冰粉粉非常的可口。我們是一家三口，沒有買孩子的早餐，前台贈送了孩子的早餐。早餐很豐盛，休息的挺好，隔音還可以。停車場很大，免費停車。停車場內有充電樁。不用跑到別的地方去充電，非常滿意的一次入住"

"The room wasn't cleaned, and there were cigarette butts all over the balcony. I called the front desk and then went out to eat. We weren't in the room when the housekeeper cleaned up the cigarette butts, and no one contacted me or gave me an explanation until I checked out on the third day. Terrible review, I won't come back. Beware! The staff's attitude was also very poor. A very frustrating trip."

"第二次入住長頸鹿莊園，這次住的是B區。第一次是住A區，體驗特別好，這次有些遺憾。先説優點: 1、動物王國的整體服務是四個園區中最好的，不亞於長隆，服務人員感覺都很實在，雖然少點職業感，但是很舒服。 2、綠葉子餐廳的早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，五星級品質，豐富美味，特別是早餐，特別提升體驗感。 3、園區內很乾凈，套餐內有代步車，路線很合理，動物們吃的也不錯。 4、住在園區可以享受閉園後寧靜，所以更建議天氣暖和的時候入住，20度以上吧，一是白天長，二是小動物們願意出來。 5、退房時送了一大盒麪點，特別有山東人的樸實感。再説説不足: 1、B區的隔音效果太太太差了，隔壁房間的小朋友哭聲、爸爸呼嚕聲、説話聲、電視聲，那是一清二楚啊！懷疑房間牆壁是紙糊的。隔壁小朋友哭了一個晚上，每半個小時哭一次，崩潰了。下次寧願多花點錢住A區，一樓大堂還出片。 2、斑馬部落大床房面積很小很侷促，沒有沙發，茶水櫃也很小。馬桶跟淋浴挨着，淋浴的水會順着縫隙流到馬桶旁。 3、電視裏的VIP沒法用，速度還超級慢，總是在緩沖。 4、房間裏的膠囊咖啡機不太好用，出水超級慢。 5、送了夢幻世界的門票，夢幻世界服務跟動物王國沒法比，更像是個體户承包的項目，都是大叔，也不穿統一服裝。總體而言，還是很推薦的，孩子很開心，這些不足希望能夠儘快改進。建議像長隆一樣，再多一些與動物互動的環節，比如蜘蛛猴出來啊啥的。"
