"The room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. "春節假期來溧陽旅行，入住了兩天。找酒店時對比了很多家，最後選了萬楓。因為酒店比較新，而且是萬豪系的，所以入住前還是抱着挺高期待的。 不過入住了兩天後，覺得在服務和細節上還是有很多很多可以提高的地方： 1. 客房衞生條件有待提高。剛辦好入住進了房間就發現床邊還有之前客人留下的橘子皮。在那麼明顯的位置沒打掃乾淨，清潔質量是存在問題的。 2. 早餐的管理值得商榷。可能是因為春節期間客房入住率高的原因，早餐用餐高峯期人滿為患。跟菜場一樣，第一天我們進去後半天沒找到座位。建議在高峯期可以限制一下客流，如果已經滿座的話，可以讓後面來的客人有序排隊等待進場，我想大家都是能夠理解和配合的。 3. 工作人員服務存在疏忽。第二天早餐就餐時，餐廳裏有個熊孩子拿了隔壁健身房的一個大啞鈴在餐廳裏亂跑。我注意觀察了一下，熊孩子至少從3個服務生面前跑過，但沒有任何一個人進行勸阻。不知道是沒看到，還是潛意識裡覺得這是一個可以被認可的行為。 4. 品控細節有瑕疵。入住兩天每天都送了歡迎水果，本來是件讓人覺得暖心的事。但是第二天收到的水果裏，有個沙糖桔爛了一個洞。如果是用心在準備水果的話，我也覺得這個問題是可以被避免的。 5. 硬件問題。由於酒店比較新，所以客房設施基本都是不錯的，但有兩個我認為是比較大的硬傷。一是wifi速度比較拉胯，是好是壞。有時**刷個視頻都會卡很久，我特意用測網速的app測了一下，發現衹有10兆的網速，而且延遲嚴重。這種問題在這麼大的酒店裡是不應該的。第二個是洗澡水時冷時熱，特別不是舒適。不知道是我們這個房間的問題還是通病，希望可以維修一下。 第一次對酒店寫了這麼多的評論，希望酒店可以有則改之 無則加勉。在服務的細節方面提升客人的入住體驗。"

"酒店環境清幽，建築與自然融合得恰到好處，坐在陽台看着湖面頭頂竹影樹葉讓人放鬆。客房設施舒適如家，每天都會換新毛巾，房間不會有種悶着的味道，衞生間也是很亮。特別感謝管家邢歡萍提供的服務，細緻且熱心，從來到走每一個環節都關懷備至悉心關切。整個酒店的服務團隊專業且不過度打擾，恰到好處的邊界感讓人倍感自在，有任何需要或對旅遊的疑問都可以問，她們給的回答都非常有幫助。這裏真的很適合從城裡逃出來休閑，淡季來非常舒服😌裏面送的竹海和山水園門票非常超值，很適合親子，都不用費心安排行程，而且酒店就在山水園門口，非常不錯。推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻"

"大廳敞亮氣派，酒店環境還不錯，地理位置離高速路口近，設施齊全，娛樂設施也比較多有桌球室、健身房，小童樂園，棋牌室，這些離景區也近，天目湖景區開車過去15分鐘左右。房間裏沒有小冰箱，不太方便。"

"山景房也是對着停車場的，衹不過樓層高一點。 酒店整體看起來比較好，所以一開始選中了這家，但沒想到服務很不到位（雖然態度很好）。 1. 房間裏所有一次性補充用品都沒有，包括拖鞋，礦泉水，牙刷，沐浴露等，但洗髮水有一小瓶，還有半瓶不配套的護髮素（？）。一開始以為小民宿所以沒有，後來發現沐浴露都沒有才發現不對勁，讓前台給了需要的物品。檢查了一下床單被套，看着有摺痕勉強放心了，毛巾看起來也是新的。 2. 房間的窗户和門幾乎不隔音，停車場有人有車來往都可以聽得清清楚楚。 3. 早上醒來，發現慢慢有一股煙味飄進來，後來越來越重。退房前發現牀頭櫃抽屜裏都是煙灰，室內不禁煙，難怪我能聞到煙味。 4. 窗簾不遮光，想睡懶覺的朋友慎選。我五點多被亮醒了。 5. 早飯中規中矩，能吃飽。九點鐘去吃的，有些早點飲品吃完了也沒再補充，不是説9點半結束的嗎？"

"The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!"
