Em termos de localização, é perfeito, pois fica bem no centro histórico de Lijiang e é de fácil acesso de carro. A equipe se ofereceu para levar nossa bagagem do ponto de desembarque até o quarto. Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. The location is excellent, situated right at the edge of the ancient city. Cars can stop directly in front of the hotel, making it very convenient, and the ancient city is easy to explore on foot. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of 阿柳, who kindly arranged complimentary transport from our previous hotel and to the airport. He also patiently explained the walking routes using a map of the ancient city and thoughtfully warned us about common shopping traps. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, and they even sent us off with gifts on the day of departure. Highly recommended!

Mu Xue Oriental Inn is an absolute gem in the heart of enchanting Lijiang Old Town! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its authentic old-world facade, which beautifully contrasts with the luxurious modern amenities inside. As Muslim travelers, we truly appreciated the convenient location—nestled in the charming, rustic old town yet just a short walk from the main road, making it easy to find halal meals without trekking far or uphill. The modern toilet with a bidet was a delightful surprise and added so much comfort to our stay. The inn’s thoughtful design, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Mu Xue Oriental Inn to anyone visiting Lijiang—whether for culture, comfort, or convenience, this place has it all! A true 5-star experience! 🏡✨

Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

This gorgeous hotel at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, exceeded my expectations! Very friendly and helpful reception, and as a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I really appreciated everyone’s hospitality, including the owner who speaks English. My room was beautiful, and equipped with all amenities needed. The location is great, close to many attractions and it was surprisingly easy to get a taxi each time. The vibe of the hotel is truly unique - quiet, solitude, happy farm-style! The animals all have their own little “hobbit houses,” and are living their best lives at this beautiful, clean hotel. Furthermore, the snacks and afternoon tea was delicious and presented very well. I had so much fun doing the travel photo shoot at the hotel, and watched in awe as the sun rose over the mountain very morning.

Não Pode ser expresso o gratidão que NOS agradou por este hotel.Em primeiro lugar, a localização era óptima com UMA vista incrível e olhar para toda a Cidade antiga. Ao Mesmo tempo, NOS divertimos com a música viva do Bar perto, e a música viva do Bar, que, apesar de estar localizado na colina, é fácil caminhar para a rua quadrada e acessível a todos OS restaurantes e lojas. Também está perto do Porto Sul e até nós caminhámos para o outro Lado perto do Mercado de noite de ZhongYi, podemos simplesmente voltar para o hotel, tomando um passeio didi, o que VAI parar você no Jie Feng Lou. A sala estava aquecida e o banheiro estava a acrescentar um ponto durante os dias frios.Por último, OS hospedeiros eram extremamente amigáveis e úteis Durante toda a nossa estadia. Ofereceram serviço de topnotch e ajudaram-nos a resolver a nossa questão de transporte no dia seguinte, pois temos de verificar a montanha de neve muito cedo na manhã. Aprecie isso e não hesitei EM recomendar este hotel a ninguém para LiJiang.Escolha este hotel e você não vai arrepender-se!

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the old town. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and providing travel tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet at night; the attention to detail was excellent. My stay was perfect for a few days, and the value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!
