Em termos de localização, é perfeito, pois fica bem no centro histórico de Lijiang e é de fácil acesso de carro. A equipe se ofereceu para levar nossa bagagem do ponto de desembarque até o quarto. Vale mencionar também que eles têm um belo terraço com vista para todo o centro histórico.

Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. The location is excellent, situated right at the edge of the ancient city. Cars can stop directly in front of the hotel, making it very convenient, and the ancient city is easy to explore on foot. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of 阿柳, who kindly arranged complimentary transport from our previous hotel and to the airport. He also patiently explained the walking routes using a map of the ancient city and thoughtfully warned us about common shopping traps. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, and they even sent us off with gifts on the day of departure. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

This gorgeous hotel at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, exceeded my expectations! Very friendly and helpful reception, and as a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I really appreciated everyone’s hospitality, including the owner who speaks English. My room was beautiful, and equipped with all amenities needed. The location is great, close to many attractions and it was surprisingly easy to get a taxi each time. The vibe of the hotel is truly unique - quiet, solitude, happy farm-style! The animals all have their own little “hobbit houses,” and are living their best lives at this beautiful, clean hotel. Furthermore, the snacks and afternoon tea was delicious and presented very well. I had so much fun doing the travel photo shoot at the hotel, and watched in awe as the sun rose over the mountain very morning.

Mu Xue Oriental Inn is an absolute gem in the heart of enchanting Lijiang Old Town! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its authentic old-world facade, which beautifully contrasts with the luxurious modern amenities inside. As Muslim travelers, we truly appreciated the convenient location—nestled in the charming, rustic old town yet just a short walk from the main road, making it easy to find halal meals without trekking far or uphill. The modern toilet with a bidet was a delightful surprise and added so much comfort to our stay. The inn’s thoughtful design, impeccable cleanliness, and warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Mu Xue Oriental Inn to anyone visiting Lijiang—whether for culture, comfort, or convenience, this place has it all! A true 5-star experience! 🏡✨

Cidade Antiga de Lijiang, Chunshi-Zhijian O simpático proprietário teve a gentileza de nos oferecer um upgrade para um quarto maior, elegantemente decorado e equipado com artigos de higiene pessoal de alta qualidade, chinelos, roupões, secador de cabelo e acessórios de banheiro. O bebedouro era ótimo, tanto que compramos um online para ser entregue em casa. O B&B tem uma vista encantadora dos telhados da Cidade Antiga e fica a 5 minutos a pé da Mansão de Mu e a cerca de 12 minutos do caminho que leva ao Portão do Leão. Está convenientemente perto da rua principal e de uma mercearia onde você pode comprar lanches, mais água, etc. Como tínhamos uma reserva de 3 noites, o proprietário teve a gentileza de enviar alguém para nos buscar na estação de trem. É importante entrar em contato com o B&B para obter ajuda com a bagagem, pois seu táxi não poderá subir até o B&B, já que ele fica na Cidade Antiga. Nos foi designado um jovem muito prestativo que carregou nossas malas em um carrinho do ponto de desembarque até a pousada, dentro da cidade velha. Ele nos deu ótimas informações sobre atividades e transporte, além de ser um excelente concierge. Tivemos uma ótima estadia e recomendamos muito esta pousada.

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the old town. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and providing travel tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet at night; the attention to detail was excellent. My stay was perfect for a few days, and the value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!
