"Atour has always been my favourite hotel. The cleanliness of the room is good and has never failed my expectation. However, I would like to suggest to the Management to urge the Staff to take particular attention to the Guests' preferences when allocating the room, as I was put in one room that faced a building wall with no views. I specifically requested high floor with views in my booking."

"Our trip to Daming Lake was in December and a low season for travellers to this part of China. The hotel was located within the lake scenic zone and thus you need to arrange for the hotel for a transfer. After that from the hotel it is just a few minutes walk to another parking lot where you can easily get a didi ride. Note these are two different carpark. Free parking is available. From the our room terrace we could see the occasional boat moving past on its way around the daming lake region, note it is not noisy at all. The from the hotel you can easily access the lake’s sight and just a couple of minutes away from the pagoda where in the evening you could see lots of people in hanfu taking pictures as the lights get lit up level by level. From the hotel there is a short walkway whereby you can reach the main road where you can find all kinds of eateries , supermarket, spa , shopping etc. it sure beat staying in downtown Jinan. Strongly recommend this place if you are a tourist planning visits to the major attractions in Jinan."

"Location is bad because it's along a 1 way street. When we arrived with lugagges our taxi driver had to stop at the side of the road and we need to push and cross road with kids ourselves. But it's very close to attractios. It's very dangerous for foreigners who are not familiar with scooters/motorcycles lanes and car lanes. Room is super big with 2 floors. We upgraded to slide room by joining the membership. But the slide and stairs are not child proof, so need to be with young kids all the time. Slide is very steep."

"Um Grande hotel localizado no centro da cidade, perto da principal atração turística de Jinan. As salas são um pouco velhas, mas limpas, mantidas e armazenadas com equipamentos. O hotel está bem equipado, bem hospedado e ofereceu recomendações agradáveis para a área. Os membros do pessoal 815, 817 e 818 foram particularmente memoráveis pela sua ajuda. Poderia dizer que era um estabelecimento local, não uma cadeia nacional com trabalhadores migrantes desconhecidos na área. Houve UMA Loja de cafés de sorte localizado no lobby e um Grande restaurante cantonês no local.
