"Bringing your furry friend to Xitang and choosing Pet Island Hotel was absolutely the right decision! This is truly the pinnacle of pet-friendly service; the attentive service throughout the entire trip was incredibly touching. Before check-in, the butler confirmed your pet's information in advance, and upon arrival, they called out their name. The room was already furnished with a pet bed, toys, and a welcome card – attention to detail was paramount. All guest rooms were made of non-slip, stain-resistant materials, and wet areas were washable, so there was no need to worry about getting them dirty; the cleanliness was superb. The public areas have a heated pet pool, grooming area, and enclosed lawn, where your pet had a blast. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh pet food, which your little one devoured. Xitang Ancient Town is just a short walk away, making it perfect for both pet walking and sightseeing. The staff were all incredibly loving, patient, and enthusiastic with our pets. There were no extra charges throughout the trip, and both of us had a very relaxing stay. Next time I'm in Xitang, I'll definitely stay at Pet Island Hotel again! Service: BELOW AVERAGE (Replied the Staff via WeChat on Seasonal Sweet Soup delivery timing but ultimately informed it’s running out unavailable), 4. Others: Room booking inclusive of Cocktail & Hanfu experience photography were the Vendors inside Xitang Ancient Town where the later just those very old costumes for FREE digital photo x 5 5. Experience of Stay: BELOW AVERAGE (large room for Frontline Service Staff to improve its service to be more organized delivery of items inclusive in the booking & check-in Processes not to miss out), 6. Overall: AVERAGE (Frontline Service Staff, Ms. XIA & Room Service Manager have recognized their shortcomings & promised to make remedial action but still failed to deliver by the reason of too busy as mentioned by the Frontline Service Team)"

"這次入住嘉善假日酒店，整體體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦！作為洲際旗下品牌，服務規範又貼心，前台辦理入住高效迅速，工作人員態度温和熱情，有求必應，細節到位。酒店位置便利，近西塘古鎮，出行遊玩方便，自駕有免費停車場，車位充足。 房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果好，夜晚安靜好眠。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水穩定，用品齊全。設施維護良好，WiFi流暢，還有健身房、泳池與小童樂園，親子出遊、休閑放鬆都很合適。 早餐種類豐富，中西結合，熱菜、麪點、水果、飲品一應俱全，口味在線。公共區域乾淨雅緻，環境舒適，性價比很高。無論是商務出差還是家庭出遊都很適配，下次來嘉善還會首選這裏，真心推薦！"

"必須要好好誇誇西塘壤居酒店，非常非常推薦情侶、帶長者或者帶娃的家庭出行。我們這次出行帶着小月齡的寶寶，酒店給安排了803房間非常安靜，景觀視角也特別好，客廳和房間有轉折牆分開，寶貝晚上在房間睡覺大人可以在客廳休閑辦公，一點都不影響。而且良壤所有的酒店都提供嬰兒水，這點真的值得誇誇！酒店還有棉柔巾、小朋友拖鞋、燒水壺、戴森吹風機還有嬰兒床（可以提前和酒店説，他們會安排的）。給寶媽的行李箱騰了好多空間。早餐是在良壤酒店吃的，用餐路上就把娃給遛了，到良壤餐廳用餐邊上還有小童樂園，不過我們月齡太小了還不能玩，但是看到有別家的寶寶已經在裏面快樂的探索啦～酒店還有配套的農場，住酒店都是免費進出的，強烈超級推薦！！！農場裏面除了有機蔬菜和植物還有小動物，雞鴨鵝羊兔子，把小朋友都看呆啦。另外推薦他們的有機玫瑰花茶配蛋卷，真的很香！！個人認為酒店主打的這些特色江浙滬沒有酒店可以媲美了。另外非常感謝孫經理團隊，給我們的出行提供了各種便利。以後親子游我們會繼續選擇良壤～"

"Great location in downtown with convenient shops and restaurants around. Plus a beautiful park just in front. Very good breakfast with Chinese dishes and local noddles cooked at the moment. Clean and comfortable. Large room, warm in winter even with -7 outside. Professional staff and special thanks to the GM that speak English for his help and suggestion."

"The overall no thunder, the hotel environment is simple and clean, the room space is enough, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. "Muito bonito hotel ... bem localizado, dentro das paredes da cidade de água histórica, mas em parte tranquila, longe do atrito das ruas cheias. O quarto estava limpo e facilmente grande o suficiente.. com boa iluminação e casa de banho privada e serviço de quarto diário.O pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído no preço do quarto, era muito bom. Não falo mandarim, então tive que comunicar com o pessoal de recepção/front desk usando tradução por telefone. O Pessoal do Frente do escritório estava maravilhoso ... alegre e útil.Eles foram para Grandes distâncias para me explicar Como obter e buscar bilhetes para Xangai, onde apanhar o autocarro e assim por diante ... também o mesmo Pessoal estava extremamente útil com perguntas diárias. A única coisa estranha ou negativa é que quando se mostra a sala, é maravilhoso, porque inclui um pequeno verão privado com mesa e cadeira. No entanto, há um ecrã de fio fixa que impede o residente de aceder à veranda do quarto ... Tipo estranho e certamente negativo"

"這次入住最驚喜的莫過於酒店的洗衣房服務！出差帶的襯衫不小心沾上了咖啡漬，於是求助前台，前台美吖幫我去清洗了襯衫，洗好了還幫我熨燙了，摸起來還帶着淡淡的清香，比自己在家洗得還精緻！後面美吖還提醒我注意事項，完全沒耽誤行程。對於經常出差的人來説，這樣靠譜的洗衣服務真的太剛需了！另外這家店的特色爆魚麪也非常好吃，早餐的品種也很齊全，煮麪的阿姨也很和藹，可見細節見品質，這家酒店的用心值得每一個五星，下次來還選這裏！"
