This is a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff was remarkably proactive, they even helped us with our laundry needs before we could inquire. And their service shines: when I left an item behind, they immediately helped locate it and arranged to have it shipped out to me. Truly above-and-beyond service that I greatly appreciate.

This hotel is relatively new and clean in all aspects. The bedding feels quite similar to Atour, and I even saw an Atour logo on the faucet in my room, which makes me wonder if it's a renovated Atour property. If so, it's like getting Atour quality at a lower price. As for breakfast, Holiday Inn Express's breakfast is consistently good among mid-range chain hotels. Regarding service, we received welcome fruits upon check-in, and there was plenty of water in the room, so no need to keep asking the front desk. When I needed something in the evening, the front desk even helped with laundry and brought it back to my room after drying.

Scholars Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, especially if you're visiting Zhejiang University or the Wulin Square area. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a nice blend of modern comfort and traditional touches. Service was warm and attentive, and check-in was smooth.

房間很暗，雖説為了可持續發展，但這麼暗真的大可不必。而且療愈酒店為什麼就不能讓朋友們來入住呢？實在搞不懂為啥房間都是大床房，雖然都是獨棟式，但比想象中小得多，卧室基本沒什麼走動空間。大冬天的卧室其實不夠温暖，加了個取暖器分分鐘起夜的時候被絆倒。那個單獨的茶室也沒什麼必要，還不如改裝成另一個卧室。朋友洗澡的時候説水冷的不得了。 酒店打車不易，酒店好像有一輛還是兩輛車子，但大部分時間沒空載客人出入。。。所以根本沒法去周邊的莊園和水庫逛。酒店提供的活動是固定時間的，配合不了就衹能錯過。 因為出不去就衹能在酒店用餐，餐食價格不低但味道着實一般，就是家裡用現成醬料炒出來的味道，也兼顧不了色香味😅。 感覺酒店整體主題不錯才被吸引入住，但真的定價過高也達不到在酒店就能放鬆療愈的目標。

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the West Lake and adjacent to the Intime Mall—perfect for exploring Hangzhou. We stayed in a suite (Room 1602), which was very spacious and comfortable. However, we did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working in the middle of the night. The biggest letdown was the breakfast service during the October Holiday. While we understand the hotel was at full capacity, the breakfast experience was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was severely overcrowded, with more tables crammed in than the space could comfortably hold. To our surprise, staff were asking guests to share tables with strangers. With large banquet halls available on the same floor, it was frustrating that a more suitable space wasn't opened to accommodate the crowd. For future peak periods, the hotel should either find a better way to manage breakfast or consider not offering it, as the experience was so unpleasant we would rather skip it altogether.

I had an enjoyable stay at Atour West Lake! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had some parcels I needed to collect. Location was a 10min walk from the nearest metro but generally straightforward. I felt safe as a solo traveller as they have strict rules about guest visitation to protect the guest here. Housekeeping were also great too and I had a comfortable stay during my time there, would definitely consider coming back here to stay :)

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Durante o Festival Qingming, vim para Hangzhou com minha esposa para escalar montanhas e relaxar. Havia muita gente na Ponte Longxiang, então reservamos um hotel na Praça Wulin. O Hangzhou Building é um antigo ponto de encontro de luxo em Hangzhou. Nunca fiquei lá quando estava em uma viagem de negócios. Desta vez, durante o Festival Qingming, vi que estava disponível para reserva e agi decisivamente. A Ctrip ofereceu um pacote de desconto para duas noites consecutivas, o que foi muito bom. Com mais de uma semana de antecedência, eles me disseram que fariam um upgrade no quarto e não iriam providenciar o quarto da frente ou dos fundos. Achei bom! Porém, quando fiz o check-in, o garçom não sabia e disse que esse pacote da Ctrip era a última vaga. Então mostrei a ele os registros de comunicação da Ctrip! O cara não conseguiu se comunicar internamente e a atualização não foi concluída. Então, relutantemente, ele recebeu um quarto, que na verdade era o último quarto disponível, então ele estava burlando as regras. Mas pensando bem, haveria muita gente durante o feriado, e ele voltaria à noite para dormir de qualquer maneira! O layout geral do quarto é bom, mas o ar condicionado do quarto é muito quente. Estava tão quente à noite, até mesmo debaixo do edredom, então ajustei o ar condicionado para a temperatura mais baixa, 16 graus, no dia seguinte! Não há muitos itens de café da manhã, mas o sabor é bom...
