We originally had a very good experience at this hotel and were hoping to return in the future. However, the morning we checked out left us extremely upset. We had an urgent matter at the bank and could not check out by 10:00 a.m. At 10:30, we received a notice from the hotel asking us to check out immediately, otherwise a late charge would apply if we stayed until 1:00 p.m. I replied right away, explaining that we were handling something important and hoped to return by 12:00 noon. Suddenly, we were told that even between 11:00–12:00 there would be a late charge. We rushed back immediately, but the front desk staff gave us unfriendly looks and treated us poorly. We expressed that we did not understand why the late charge policy was not clearly explained from the beginning, and then prepared to return to our room to collect our luggage. Even at that point, the ********* male employee continued to show a hostile attitude. All the staff at the front desk kept pressuring us to pack up and leave, and none of them showed any courtesy. We acknowledge that we were late, but the staff kept repeating the checkout policy without any kindness or flexibility. After staying three nights, we expected at least a little goodwill. Instead, another of the front desk staff, male employee, even threatened to call the police. We did not use violence—we were only arguing about their poor attitude. Calling the police to solve or arrest us for complaining your poor service? Is this really your standard of hospitality? It is so ridiculous. When we voiced our dissatisfaction and anger at the attitude of the two male staff members, one female colleague suddenly laughed. At such a moment, should she really be laughing while looking at us? What we felt was not friendliness, but ridicule. If this is your usual standard of service and way of handling incidents, we truly feel helpless and disappointed. Possibly your management does not care about the service standards at all, which is why such unprofessional staff are employed. This incident seriously affected our mood and disrupted the rest of our trip. It is truly incomprehensible and unacceptable.

People there are nice! The lift at the main entrance is not obvious we have to carry our luggage up the steps. Hotel should indicate clearly so that customers can make good use of the lift instead of carrying heavy luggage through stairs

amazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!

The hotel was alright, definitely spacious and in a convenient location. The living room and bedroom is excellent in my books. However, it’s a bit dated, and the toilet shows its age. We encountered small cockroaches each evening we returned, luckily just the slow kind that you can easily catch. I appreciated the green programme that rewards guests who skip room service with vouchers, but the voucher has limited use, especially with the breakfast spread being quite limited; honestly, you’re better off heading out to nearby cafés instead. Skipping housekeeping also meant I had to dispose of my own trash, and the recycling bins near the lifts kept piling up without being cleared. Can be better.

Verifiquei às 00h00, apenas um empregado no escritório frontal, parecia cansado e a escrita de mão era terrível, o WW WiFi não funcionou e ninguém respondeu ao telefone quando liguei do quarto.No dia seguinte, outro empregado útil escreveu o WW correto para mim. A sala era espaçosa, MAS não havia espaço suficiente para o escritório, a cama era confortável, a higiene era inaceitável, especialmente a casa de banho, o pessoal de limpeza apenas limpou duas vezes durante a minha estadia de 5 noites, o cabelo estava apertado no tecto, as molduras estavam terríveis Na área de chuveiro. O hotel Precisa melhorar o Ambiente de limpeza e interior.Em geral, este hotel não valeu o preço que paguei. Desiludido.

Absolutely comfortable and nice room, and there’s some free water soaked with fresh fruit in the grand design lobby just in the entrance area which is good👍🏽 And it takes 10mins walk to Central Station and quite convenient to go to many spots in Sydney Center

Good location close to where I had to be for working week and to catch up with friends. All went well until my grocery bag that I had left on the kitchen bench next to the coffee/tea was mistaken” for rubbish after it had been in the same place for 7 days. APX followed up with cleaning company and I was to provide a list of what was mistakenly taken . I later received message from APX to provide my banking details for refund to be passed on to a cleaning company. I did not feel comfortable in providing my banking details so just accepted the write off of approx $40 but later realised I had another product Manuka honey that would have pushed the approx cost up to $60 but still not comfortable to provide banking details . All up I’ve learnt not to be lazy and to pack my stuff into a cupboard and that could have prevented this “mistake “. Would I use same location again - yes but will pack everything away .

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Good. Ambiance: The hotel isn't soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy at night with cars passing by on the street. It's in Chinatown, an Asian crew hotel, convenient for getting to the city center and a handy meeting point for one-day tours.

- Great location: accessible to a few train stations and just walking distance to Darling Harbour and QVB - Friendly front desk service: the staff are friendly and unlimited coffee and milk are provided in the lobby - Washroom needs improvement: the bathing area, toilet bowl and basin are only segregated by a curtain, so your feet could get wet after someone had a long bath. Plus the water temperature never got warmed. We had a few cold showers during our stay which really annoyed us. - Some consumables are charged: need to bring our own toothbrush, toothpaste, and laundry detergent.

It was a good location and very convenient hotel for business needs. A lot of business facilities around and also good for restaurants nearby too.
