Relax and unwind as you sit in the backyard with the sound of the waterfall from the creek directly behind the house. You can also enjoy a campfire on the lower patio or wade into the fresh mountain runoff of the babbling brook. Even discover a small sunken pool, perfect for a refreshing splash or soak (stairs to creek are currently under construction). House is expected to be left in reasonably clean condition.
