"We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel is fine but the customer service is not good. My 28inch luggage was lost at hotel bus due to their fault and so far no follow up and not a single word from the hotel. Being ignored and neglected from the hotel. Feel bad and sad!!!!!!!!!"

"While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall."

"This is a very elegant and old school hotel. With vibes of American-style vintage decoration, the hotel brings you back to the earlier days of Seattle. Clean, good location, quiet (except for the in-room air conditioning machine), comfortable bed settings, simple but enough complimentary breakfast choices and welcoming hotel staff. Close to Pike Street market, fishing market and Macy’s. My first remark in English on C-trip."

"Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features. Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio."

"O pessoal do hotel é amigável, MAS não é útil.A máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava depois de ter pago e colocado roupas e detergente, então EU liguei para a frente, e eles me disseram que a máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava. Perguntei-lhes porque não tinham feito um aviso, o Frente disse que ele acabou de descobrir quando ligo. No início ele me pediu para esperar até a manhã seguinte, então eles podem chamar a empresa de máquinas de lavar roupa para tentar me devolver. De qualquer forma, eles não estão certos se EU vou ou não receber o reembolso!!! No final, voltar e sair, o Frente concorda EM me reembolsar EM dinheiro e dar algum detergente para ir para outro piso para a lavandaria. Cheguei a Seattle atrasado às 11h00, com o carro, e paguei o preço de estacionamento diário. Como vou deixar Seattle apenas algumas horas depois de sair, eles me disseram que não podia deixar o carro Na garagem até tarde, porque precisam do espaço. Disse que paguei uma «taxa diária», por isso, em princípio, devia poder estacionar o carro até tarde da tarde, mas eles não me disseram, é minha escolha verificar tarde e não podem fazer nada para prolongar o meu estacionamento até tarde. Perguntei-lhes se é esse o regulamento, que o deviam pôr claramente na descrição e informar os convidados, em especial os convidados internacionais que poderiam ter outra interpretação sobre a «taxa diária». No final, me permitem estacionar até às 2:00, o que é demasiado cedo para mim, e preciso mudar o meu plano em Seattle devido à questão do estacionamento. Em conclusão, a atitude geral é que eles se desculpam se o convidado tem algum problema, mas eles não podem ajudar muito!!!!"

"Como o voo FOI cancelado, a companhia aérea FOI Mais conveniente para o hotel organizado, a SEIS milhas do Aeroporto, com o transporte de autocarro de navegação. O quarto é Grande e o serviço de recepção é Muito bom. O pequeno-almoço do restaurante Americano no primeiro andar Pode se adaptar, MAS o sabor do jantar não é Muito habitual, desperdiçou um recibo de refeição, e há outro restaurante indiano, que não tentou."
