Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

A cor da sala é muito bonita, o mar está do outro lado da estrada fora da janela, a paisagem é linda e não é barulhenta à noite. Existe uma pequena sala (com sofá-cama) e cozinha totalmente equipada e muito prática. Há estacionamento gratuito e fica muito perto do supermercado. Pegar um táxi para atrações populares (antiga residência de Hemingway, etc.) custa apenas mais de dez dólares. A única colcha à noite era muito fina, semelhante a um cobertor. Estava um pouco frio. Você precisa pedir colchas extras ao hotel. Mas no geral estou muito satisfeito e provavelmente voltarei na próxima vez.

Nice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day. Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious. Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

Fantastic location by the green parrot and u don’t hear the party noise on the street. Good size room and cute little patio- but the ac just blew air like a fan and did not lower the temp. Way too humid and couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast situation was not good. Groups would claim all 3 tables with personal items and you would have to wait. Works if you r not there for work. I popped my head in to the cook in the kitchen to say hi there’s 2 more of us and he snapped at me saying can’t u see there’s others waiting? lol. He went table to table to ask what they wanted- even tho it was the one item on the menu for the day. So it was a slow process- ended up grabbing outside food.

We loved this little romantic place so much! It was perfect! Next to Eton bikes (ask for discount 😜) close to Duval street and only 300 m to key west express. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentiv. Our room was nice and provided everything we needed. Fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer…. Nothing more to say but ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 🥰

The quality of the facility was okay, but needed improvement. Little things like drawers that didn't stay on the glides were annoying. Breakfast was good, fresh waffles with fruit, hardboiled eggs and yogurt.

Higiene: Há alguns cabelos na toalha de banho, que obviamente são do hóspede anterior. É o típico cabelo castanho dourado dos estrangeiros. Instalações: Muito completo, equipado com academia e piscina, café da manhã também é bom Serviço: Duas bebidas não alcoólicas serão oferecidas no momento do check-in. Embora não sejam caras, farão com que as pessoas se sintam muito confortáveis.

Отличный отель, очень уютно. Рядом все развлечения и достопримечательности, но при этом в самом отеле не шумно.  Хороший завтрак, есть счастливые часы вечером с вином, сыром и закусками.  Если не хватит места для паковки около отеля, то в паре кварталом можно припарковаться за 15 долларов за сутки.  Из нюансов - шумный кондиционер в номере и грязный бассейн (много листьев).

Pequeno-almoço, quarto limpo, no bar do site w/live entertainment, Loja de Pkg de licor no site.Só alguns blocos de caminhão para ALL Key West têm que oferecer.Muitas camiões de comida NAS proximidades, estacionamento no site também! Recomendo com certeza a propriedade Southwinds.

Fantastic historical house in the heart of Key West. Checkin is a breeze but if you like human interactions, this is not for you as you are on your own. There is a small F&B team on premise but that;s it. But all the instructions provided are perfect and it's a breeze to get into your room. The house is stunning and right next to Duval street and all the main attractions. The rooms are comfy and simple. Would definitely recommend!
