"The place is clean and warm. Bed’s really comfortable. There are curtains for privacy and the lockers are huge which I really like a lot. Hot water works well in the shower. The toilets could be a little quite small though but manageable. And there’s free use of the washing machine as well.
They have a kitchen where you can drink coffee/tea for free. And the host brings bread for breakfast :)
Since there’s also a sofa in the kitchen, i was very happy that i was able to meet fellow travelers to hangout with.
Location of the hostel is really good. It’s on the 6th floor of the same building of KFC on Sambuu st. It’s near a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and the main touristy places.
The host Sonny was really kind, warm, helpful, and friendly. He lent me his jacket when i went for a day tour to Terelj National Park because it was cold that day and I don’t have enough thick jackets.
His brother Bayaraa was also very welcoming when he picked me up at the airport at almost midnight.
Thank you again for the hospitality and will definitely stay here again when I come back in Mongolia. :)"

"Central location, 15 mins walk can reach the main square and Shangri-la shopping mall. Price good. 2 restaurants inside hotel. Room spotless clean, spacious, well equipped. But pre-ordering of taxi to airport is not available and staff can only call on the spot when transport service needed (uber like apps in Mongolia is not user friendly). Please note that the ride between airport and city centre (where this hotel is located) can take 1.5 hr long as there's serious traffic jam around the city centre."

"The location was good for sightseeing and it was convenient to return to the room even on the way to the city.
The room was large, clean and comfortable.
There is water in the refrigerator, candy and tea service on the table.
There are washing machines, irons, and indoor drying stand.
However, the washing machine was broken at the second stay
I used a coin laundry 2 kilometers away.
The coin laundry was immediately checked for details by inquiries. Since it is not a hotel, if there are any defects, you may be able to wash your hands or buy them yourself.
But it's a pretty good apartment based on cost and facilities and location"

"This location of this hotel is quite strategic considering the number of restaurant, pubs and food outlets nearby provided you are willing to do some walking.. Hotel room is clean and service is commendable. I wish to highlight one particular front reception staff for special mention.Her name is
ERDENEKHISHIG. She was kind & helpful and would go out of her way to provide service and assistance like calling a cab on our behalf. However this hotel also has her shortcomings. Breakfast is too basic and monotonous. Bread which is the most universal item is not available. Also check out time at 10am is ridiculously early. It also puzzles me that this hotel still provide smoking rooms which is totally umnecessary as the current trend is towards non smoking rooms for the whole hotel. I hope my positive feedback will help your hotel to upgrade her image further."

"Amazing value for money and a good location. Short walk to the center and the mayor business and office buildings in Ulan Bataar. And believe me, walking is the by far fastest and convenient way to get around in UB. The staff was really friendly, good English speaking and so helpful, as Mongolian people are in general."

CatherineACCI’ll start off just by saying I completely recommend this hostel! I booked it twice during my stay in Mongolia. The owner and her family are so sweet and kind. The hostel is brand new and incredibly clean. There’s a microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, utensils, and a hot/cold water dispenser. The place looks just like the pictures. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe here. The location was great too! It takes 30 minutes walking to get to Sukhbaatar Square and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes/bakeries, and shopping stores on the way there. There’s no AC, but I’m pretty sure the owner can provide a fan. It got warm inside the room, but never so hot that I felt I needed the fan since we had the windows open. I would absolutely book here again if I return to Mongolia. I recommend! :)

Happy with our stay in this service apartment. Located close to city centre with many shops and restaurants close by. The owner provides laundry detergents, dishwashing liquid and clothes arier that makes you feel like staying in your own home. Will come back to stay if we go to Ulaanbaarta again.

Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Location was great and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could’ve been better with more selection.It was my first time in Mongolia and I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Temos um check-in muito tarde (almoço cedo). Processo smooth. Eles trouxeram caixas de pequeno-almoço para a sala de manhã em torno 9a. O pequeno-almoço estava intencionalmente frio, MAS bom.Carne, ovos, salada, pão. Há também alguns cafés perto de ter comida e bebidas.O pequeno-almoço FOI incluído no preço!Os quartos foram muito acessíveis.

A localização é muito conveniente. A Estação Ferroviária de Ulaanbaatar fica a cerca de 30 minutos a pé. Há muitos shoppings grandes a 15 minutos a pé.
O hotel é muito semelhante a pensões nacionais. As instalações são relativamente antigas, mas os quartos não são pequenos. Não há elevador e é preciso subir as escadas. O café da manhã não é buffet, mas pessoalmente considero a qualidade razoável, como mostrado na foto. Este preço é uma boa relação custo-benefício em Ulaanbaatar. Considerarei me hospedar aqui novamente.

D. ChoRoom: The hotel needs to clean the room thoroughly, not just the bathroom but also the carpeted area, and fix the base board moldings as well as the loose heater radiator which supposed to be anchored down to the wall. Although the room is carpeted wall to wall, I can see bare floor on the edges and the corners.
Location: Not good, but at the same time not bad either. All attractions are within $3~$4 away which is more than I paid in other ~stan countries nearby. May be it is a Mongoljan thing, but for me it wasn't easy to hire taxi cab unless I am willing to pay the extra tips.
The front staffs: Very friendly and eager to provide help. Not all of them speaks English, but it is not a problem since they translator app is widely available.
Furnitures in the room: Very old, and there are wears and tears every part of the furniture. I don't know the other rooms, but the room I was given was too small for the furnitures to be placed in first place.
Overall: I wouldn't stay here again. The over all conditions of the hotel was not even close to the pictures shown in the trip.com app. If you select this hotel based on the pictures, you would be very disappointed if you are given the room I stayed in. Avoid Room 602 anyway you can.
