Although the hotel later changed my room, as a female traveler, I specifically chose a women-only room for safety and privacy reasons, and this mistake should not have happened. Even more unacceptable was finding a flying insect (likely a cockroach) on my bed. Considering this is a newly opened hotel, such hygiene issues are shocking and raise serious questions about the hotel's cleanliness and management. I was so frightened that I remained uneasy even afterward, and even dreamt of numerous insects that night, waking me up in terror, severely impacting my sleep quality and overall stay experience. The hotel's overall décor and environment are acceptable, and it does have a luggage storage area. However, luggage locks need to be obtained separately from the front desk, and the storage area is somewhat far from the beds, making it inconvenient to use. Furthermore, the hotel does provide slippers (including disposable slippers and regular hotel slippers), but I specifically inquired before departure about this, only to be told that they were not provided. Therefore, I brought my own slippers, which were completely useless and took up unnecessary luggage space. The discrepancy between the hotel's information and the actual situation was frustrating. However, it's worth mentioning that a non-Chinese staff member at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. When I raised questions and explained the situation, he remained patient and polite, actively offering assistance, demonstrating his genuine commitment to serving guests. This employee's performance was one of the few commendable aspects of my stay. In summary, the hotel's facilities and décor are acceptable, but there is significant room for improvement in information transparency, room arrangement, hygiene management, and internal communication. In particular, assigning female-only guests to rooms occupied by men, and the discovery of suspected cockroaches and other hygiene issues in the newly opened hotel, are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
