"The room was clean with no noticeable dust. The pillows and bedding were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast included things you would normally need. Coffee or tea was available throughout the day. The location is convenient."

"Luxury apartment in a nice and quiet area but close to the city centre and shops. The only advice is to try and get some wooden utensils, salt, oil and spices for those who want to cook something small"

"Tricky to find your way to this place and at night the location is very isolated didn't feel safe to walk from the Bullring. There was a water problem and I feel it should have been communicated this at check-in however was compensated for water issue and thankful. I stayed in an ensuit and I know it's a hostel however there should at least be a kettle in the room just you get towels for this just my observation. Overall it was a pleasant stay as I would imagine they don't have water issues always."

"I had a very pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Birmingham. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travellers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a good bed and all the basic amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bathroom was tidy and well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel also offers good value for money compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, B&B Hotel Birmingham provides a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Great location. Adequate sound proofing. The breakfast is varied though a bit busy, but that’s expected. At peak breakfast time and check out only one elevator was working and it was a nightmare - especially if you had to go down with suitcases. The only negative is that the shower was super clogged."

"Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street Station) is located above the Birmingham New Street Station, next to the McDonalds. It might be a bit confusing to locate the hotel when you reached the station. After you exited from the gantry at the Birmingham New Street station, you will be able to see escalators located in front of the Tickets station. Go up the escalator and you will see a lot of shops e.g. Jo Malone, Tesco Express and restaurants such as Pho, Mrs Chew Kitchen. Once you are at the 2nd level (New Street Station), locate the Jo Malone shop. When you are outside the Jo Malone shop, you shall be able to se a clothes boutique known as Fat Face. Walk towards Fat Face and on your left, you should be able to see a walkway leading outside. Walk towards the walkway and you shall see Mini Sou on your right side. Once you are outside of the building, you will see McDonald on your right. Premier Inn hotel's entrance is just next to McDonald's entrance. Location of Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street) is fantastic. Despite there were reviewers that there might be some beggars but they did not bother me when I was there. Taxis are a bit tricky and right outside the hotel, there are tram railways and that means that most of the times, cars will generally not be around that area. If you want to get a taxi, you will need to walk to the main street where the major deparmental stores are, e.g. BullRing Birmingham. I would stay at Premier Inn again if I am in Birmingham area."

"An affordable option located near the university. Notable mention is the room includes a fan—an essential feature for summer visits! The only drawback is that for check-in you need to go to another building across the road."

"Breakfast has any choice between Chinese and Western, the location is on the side of the road, you can park, travel is convenient, the nearby restaurant is right next to and opposite, the surrounding environment is good, will come next time."

"If you want to use the hot water, you need to turn on the boost button by the boiler 20 minutes before you want to use it. Apartment was great for 1-2 nights, but it was lacking in some facilities - the TV wasn't properly connected to the Internet so couldn't use iPlayer or Netflix on the TV. There was no baking tray or roasting tray to be able to use the oven. The grill pan was filthy. The cups had to all be washed again. The dishwasher worked great and so did the fridge/freezer. Nice amenities in terms of sofa, placemats, teapot. Only four teabags for two people for three days. Reception is not open on Saturday or Sunday. There is no one site, they do have books and dvds to borrow at reception, but no one is there at the weekend. It was in a great location. Would stay again. Lightbulbs needed changing in the bedroom in the lamps as they kept flickering. There was also a lightbulb that stopped working in the kitchen. Only one plastic cup given in bathroom. But absolutely perfect location for the price. Although, be warned the bedrooms are not sound proof, please bring earplugs as there is a lot of noise outdoors."

"it was lovely. very clean. the room was small but we appreciated it. i had the room with nowindow but i don’t think that was a problem. everything was really fresh. only thing i didnt like was that the bathroom was a wet room so its really difficult to shower without soaking up the sink and toilet and whole room really"
