Foi um hotel incrível. Vi muitos Airbnb e hotéis, mas este era luxuoso e tinha o melhor café da manhã que poderíamos ter tido.

Excellent location, all the key shopping malls, highlights are within 2km. Also near to metro station, and super near to ports, so prefect place for a morning run! Very friendly and excellent services by the reception! Happy stay

Hotel with excellent location and friendly service, but lacking in other points. The rooms are visibly more worn than what the pictures indicate, with some signs of damage to the shelving under the sink. Tellingly, no photographs of the bathroom were uploaded in the hotel’s advertising materials. The bathrooms were small, spartan, and featured a bathtub-shower combination. I found the bathroom to be dimly lit. I found the layout of the room very bizarre and pretty uncomfortable, because there was no proper separation between the wet and dry areas. The bathroom door was a giant piece of sliding glass which felt cumbersome to use. Not sure why they didn’t just go with a simple wooden door. The furniture is generally of low quality. The beds are on wheels and so easily move around if one tosses and turns in bed. The beds were uncomfortably hard in my view, and sheets were extremely thin and of low quality. Duvets were provided but these could not be inserted into the sheets, and so had to go over the top, making for an awkward experience. I had trouble sleeping most nights. Lacking in basic amenities such as room slippers and tissue paper (not even available upon request!) The room has a Lavazza coffee maker and there was a great variety of teas and coffees, both capsules and instant kinds. The hotel lobby and common areas were nicely decorated and furnished. I found it strange that the hotel’s efforts seemed largely to be devoted to these areas, instead of improving the comfort of the rooms. All in all it’s a serviceable room in a great location if you are not too particular about the conditions of the room.

Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Barcelona Rating:4/5 Stars Date of Stay:August 2024 --- Summary: We had a short break in Barcelona this week and were looking for a clean, well-located room, and that’s exactly what we got. The Park Hotel was a pleasant surprise and definitely shouldn’t be judged by its facade—we were truly impressed. Room: Our room on the sixth floor was spacious for a city hotel and had all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the pillows were firm and supportive—none of those mushy, overly soft ones you often find in hotels. The bathroom was well-equipped, though it might be a bit tight for larger guests. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned regularly, and any requests we had were promptly addressed. The pool area was also well-maintained, and the shower room available on our departure day was spotless, making our stay even more comfortable. Service: The service was reasonable overall. The staff managed multiple tasks at once, and although they sometimes appeared a bit stressed, they were always prompt, polite, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Location: The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona. It’s within easy walking distance of Barceloneta, Port Vell, and the El Born district. Plus, the hotel is directly opposite the train station, which made our day trip to Sitges incredibly convenient. Facilities: The hotel’s rooftop pool is a nice feature, with about 14 chairs available for sunbathing. The area gets busy in the mid-afternoon, especially when the summer sun is at its peak. The pool itself is a perfect size for a quick cool-down after exploring the city. Food and Drink: We had breakfast included with our booking, which offered all the basics you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. It was a good way to start the day and provided enough variety to fuel up before heading out. Value for Money: The Park Hotel offered excellent value for money, given its location, comfort, and amenities. Tips/Recommendations: This hotel is ideal if you enjoy a trendy food and cocktail scene combined with the bustling beach atmosphere. It’s a great base for exploring the best of what Barcelona has to offer. We would definitely return to the Park Hotel on our next visit to Barcelona.

O que gostei: Localização, atendimento da equipe do hotel (alegre e simpática), limpeza do quarto. O que não gostei: É preciso esperar alguns segundos para que as portas se abram da maneira tradicional ao subir e descer de um andar (um pouco inconveniente). Isolamento acústico (não consegui dormir porque ouvia conversas altas do quarto ao lado e do corredor. Isso é inevitável, pois o prédio é antigo). O que é razoável: Comida e bebidas gratuitas 24 horas por dia (alguns itens do café da manhã eram bons, mas condizentes com o preço). Com base no exposto, quem busca um hotel 4 estrelas ou superior pode se decepcionar, mas quem prioriza o custo-benefício ou simplesmente precisa de um lugar para dormir provavelmente ficará muito satisfeito.

I recently stayed in a bed space at TOC Hostel in Barcelona, and unfortunately, my experience was not very comfortable. The pillow provided was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the electric socket near my bed was not working, which was inconvenient for charging devices. Another issue was the noise level. Both during the night and throughout the day, the environment was quite loud, making it hard to rest properly. It doesn’t feel like a suitable place for anyone who is sensitive to noise or values a quiet atmosphere. Overall, I would not recommend this hostel, especially for those who have trouble sleeping in noisy environments.

Solicitei um quarto em um andar mais alto, longe do elevador. No entanto, me alocaram um quarto no primeiro andar, ao lado do elevador. O barulho nos corredores é alto e, em alguns casos, é possível ouvir claramente até tarde da noite. Além disso, a vista da janela é bastante ruim, pois há uma parede do lado de fora. A localização é boa, perto da estação de metrô Espanya. O ponto de ônibus do serviço de traslado para o aeroporto fica em frente ao hotel. Há um bom restaurante a 1 minuto de caminhada do hotel. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos, com exceção de um que usa óculos. O serviço de quarto é eficiente e o quarto é limpo. O chuveiro tem água quente e forte, o que é ótimo. Há guarda-volumes gratuito.

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Casa Batlló, as well as the metro station. The hotel was cute, staffs at the receptional are rather friendly. The room was big enough to open large suitcases. The design might not be my cup of tea, but I like that they hide the TV, especially the red lights. What we didn't like is the mattress, we both have very serious back pain after our first night sleep, we stayed for 3 nights, it was a nightmare. Perhaps people like soft mattress here in Barcelona. The walls are not sound proofed, in the morning the cleaning lady woke us up by talking loudly in the room next door, and at night the lady next door talking on the phone regardlessly. We could hear every single word she said, needless to disclose here.
