The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well. We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too. We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest. The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

É limpo e aconchegante, e a temperatura é mantida por ar condicionado central. No check-in, nosso quarto duplo tinha apenas uma cadeira e nenhuma mesa de cabeceira. Tive que ir à recepção, e eles me trouxeram outra cadeira e uma mesa de cabeceira. Isso, juntamente com a falta de utensílios de cozinha, prejudicou um pouco minha impressão do hotel. A estação de trem próxima oferece trens suburbanos para o aeroporto, bem como dois grandes shoppings com praças de alimentação, então as opções de alimentação não foram uma grande preocupação. No entanto, tudo está fechado aos domingos, então tivemos que procurar comida em outro lugar. Estávamos preparados para isso, então não foi um grande problema. No geral, as comodidades superaram em muito os inconvenientes, então estamos prontos para ficar lá novamente na próxima vez que visitarmos Berlim. É um lugar testado e aprovado, e bastante decente.

Fica perto da estação de metrô e oferece uma boa relação custo-benefício. Também está convenientemente localizado perto de grandes shoppings e supermercados.

My lovely wife Ping and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Berlin. The room was clean and comfortable. Our check in and check out was seamless, especially with the friendly and accommodating reception staff. I special shout out to Kristian whose friendliness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, to Mane for her kindness and friendliness. Please pass on my thanks to both of them. Lastly, the breakfast was abundant and satisfying.

Absolutely loved this place – amazing location and a fantastic overall experience. The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within walking distance, from great restaurants and cafes to public transport and key attractions. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the essentials provided. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, and I immediately felt at home. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It’s clear that the hosts care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Зато завтрак порадовал, без изысков, но я прям с удовольствием ел. Были фрикадельки, салат с майонезом. В целом очень хорошо. От центра не совсем близко из-за пересадок в метро. Но само метро прям рядом. И около отеля прям торговая улица Курфютерсдам начинается. В целом отель, если вы ограничены в деньгах, то вариант хороший.

Tive uma experiência inesquecível no hotel. Quando cheguei, tentei empurrar a porta, mas estava trancada. Não havia campainha. Enquanto eu me preocupava com o que fazer, três grupos de hóspedes que haviam reservado o mesmo hotel tentaram entrar, mas nenhum deles conseguiu. Então, uma das hóspedes notou um teclado numérico e digitou o código que havia recebido por e-mail, mas nenhum deles conseguiu entrar. Cada um dos nossos grupos tentou seus códigos, mas nenhum deles conseguiu entrar. Enquanto ainda estávamos apreensivos, a porta se abriu repentinamente e um hóspede saiu, permitindo que todos nós entrássemos. Esse hóspede explicou que o hotel havia nos enviado por e-mail um código de acesso de dez dígitos e um código de conforto de quatro dígitos. Era preciso digitar primeiro o código de acesso e depois o código de conforto para abrir a porta. Os outros hóspedes tinham ambos os códigos, mas meu e-mail continha apenas o código de conforto. O gentil hóspede verificou meu e-mail e confirmou que ele continha apenas o código de conforto. Ele então ligou para o hotel, que informou que nossa reserva havia sido cancelada porque não havíamos pago a taxa municipal. No entanto, vi claramente no voucher de check-in que a taxa de €29,90 era devida na chegada. O funcionário ao telefone disse que nos enviaria o comprovante de pagamento por e-mail e, após o pagamento, nos forneceu um novo código de início e um código de conforto. Depois do pagamento, finalmente conseguimos um quarto. Porém, ao fazer o check-in, descobri que não era o Estúdio Standard com Varanda que tínhamos reservado, mas sim um Estúdio Standard. Não quis ligar novamente para reclamar do erro; eu só queria um quarto confortável. A localização do hotel é conveniente, a cerca de 5 minutos a pé da estação de trem S, e o quarto era, no geral, aceitável.

The room is very basic, just a cabinet and bed, not table or chairs in room, it quite far away from the city , need transfer 2 to 3 times train to all the surrounding scence.
