不足：希望能有一個安靜睡眠特地要了一個尾房，但下水的隔音和大門的隔音依舊在裝修時不太完善，樓上沖水聲能聽的很清楚。半夜走廊説話也有影響。睡眠不好的人可能還是自備一副耳塞更穩妥一些。
但相比之下還是很推薦的。下次還會預訂！"

1.位置。酒店離高鐵站很近 打車大概10分鐘 也就起步價。馬路對面有超市 還有一些小飯店，酒店旁邊也有葯店和文印店：附近一公里有一個大的商場，還有一個夜市，超棒！
2.酒店設施。我很喜歡他們綠色+黃色的裝修風格，感覺比最新版本的房間配色要好看。酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機，洗羽絨服很好 洗完很蓬鬆。
3.早餐。大肉麪好像是馬鞍山的特色，酒店早餐也有這個，比我們在外面吃的大肉麪要好吃！
4.服務。前台服務很親切，然後入住的時候也將很多設施設備和酒店介紹的很清楚。

酒店位置挺好的，在一個文創園中，鬧中取靜，很舒服，因為訂得早，音樂節期間好像漲價也沒有特別離譜，下次有機會還會選擇
馬鞍山城市不大，距離金鷹廣場和馬鞍山東站都不遠，到熱鬧的市中心騎共享電瓶車大概5分鐘就到了
房間全屋智能，衞浴那裡很好拍照，床品沙發都很舒服，酒店的洗衣房很好用，商用洗衣機太強了，真不錯
前台服務很好，加了一份早餐還給了小優惠，結果超值，早餐非常豐富，還有當塗大肉麪，很好吃

服務這一塊爛完，去音樂節兩瓶水喝完了想問前台再多要兩瓶，被拒絕，告知曰第二天續住才能補水😅幽默前台，大大小小更貴更便宜的酒店都住過不少，冰露級別的瓶裝水房間裏衹放兩瓶，再多一瓶都不肯多給，確實是獨一份👍🏻
酒店洗衣房在走廊盡頭，標語説不隔音怕洗衣機運轉影響客人休息，晚十點到次日八點斷電，回來衣服也沒得洗。是否有些不合理，我請問加一道牆隔音又如何呢？大家出門旅遊大都是白天在外，晚上回酒店洗衣服，這晚上斷電是整哪一齣？
來馬鞍山看音樂節，政府組織有序效率高，好。馬鞍山人民熱心，好。酒店花我四百五十多塊錢就這，爛。

UUsuário convidado最近入住星程酒店的體驗太棒了，前台燕子熱情專業的接待，房間都是明窗，靠近小區很安靜。處處都能感受到酒店的用心。看我帶着長者多給我兩瓶水，服務很貼心，幫我把兩張床並在一起了，床品柔軟親膚，一夜好眠；衞浴細節滿分！有温馨提示，有防滑墊，早餐種類豐富，點心很美味，麪條很可口，雞絲拌麪加雞湯好吃的一絕，口感超讚！位置也很便利，周邊購物、交通都方便。服務人員全程貼心周到，主動幫忙提行李、推薦景點就是採石磯和雨山湖公園，雨山湖是免費的，採石磯建議網上購票，如果下次回馬鞍山還會選擇這裏！

UUsuário convidado返程高速路堵車，臨時決定下高速，換了三家最後選了這家酒店，雙床房都訂完了，大床挺大的，就是床很晃，還會有聲音，床墊很軟。衞生間很小，門是朝裏開的，很不方便。隔音很差，外面走路講話上廁所的聲音都能聽到。三個人一床被子，想加床被子一直和我説沒有多餘的被子，打了好幾遍電話最後給送來了一床被子還要我自己套被套。房間衹有兩瓶水，多餘的水要付費兩元一瓶。總之和縣這地方以後不會再去了。
