"設施：因為是今年剛開業的新酒店，設施都是新的，也很好，就是門口的停車位置太緊張了，後面的停車場需要人帶去，不然不好找 衞生：很乾凈，不管是酒店大堂還是房間都打掃的很乾凈 環境：環境也挺好的，是在縣中心，旁邊就是鳳蝶廣場，吃喝都很方便，喜歡小縣城的感覺 服務：服務很好，門口在修路，真的實在太吵了，幫忙選了另一側的房間，需要什麼東西，機器人送上來都很快，主要是前台的小哥哥小姐姐！服務很暖心，感謝！ 雖然門口在修路，早上的時候還是有被吵醒了，但是願意為你們的真誠服務點贊。有點不好的是，早餐是十點鐘結束，早上九點半去吃已經有些東西沒有了，後面大概45分想再去拿點吃的，至少沒了大半，想吃的水煮蛋和酸奶都沒有了，那你們準備的確實有點少了，人都沒走完，怎麼就沒有東西了呢，如果還有50分下來的人，那不是什麼都沒了嘛，衹能看有啥吃啥了，咱至少不保證多，但是每個東西都要有是吧，而且早餐時間還沒結束呢。"

"服務真得巨差.！！！需求無法妥善解決，沒有迴應或者幾個小時後才回復，1.點餐一份蒸米飯，耗時40分鐘才上，過程中找服務員都找不着，主打收費積極，服務為零。而且服務人員親口承認，就是已經做好的飯回籠蒸一下而已，可是就需要這麼久；2.偶遇高音區大型卡拉ok，吵得實在睡不了覺，電話，微信尋求工作人員幫助給的方案是會小聲一點，而且要一直唱到10點半以後。結果到前台去交涉，對方直接就不唱了，真的是推諉無視客套玩得讓人歎為觀止！3.至於你們家服務員沒有服務，沒有服務的其他方面，真的無力吐槽了！敲門小點聲，顧客雖不是上帝也不是待宰羔羊，第一個差評送給你！"

"大廳豪華 雖然是老酒店 但是清潔工作人員 時時注意清潔 酒店位於羅源市中心 對街與對面街道 都有很多餐飲服務 吃喝方便 櫃檯接待人員 安排快速入房 也安排無菸房間 唯一遺憾的是 酒店一部分五樓以下 沒有景觀 但是 櫃檯人員 事先表示 如不喜歡 可以再換 服務到位 下次我再來就一定會住 房間寬敞 乾濕分離 設施完整"
