前台服務意識還可以，挺耐心的。
早餐中規中矩，沒什麼大問題，能吃。
提供洗衣房，沒使用，不好評價。
樓下有小吃街，晚上吃東西挺方便。
再説不好的：
交通極不便，停車路口沒有明顯提示，很容易走錯甚至被刮蹭。前台業務能力一般，對酒店停車位置指示不清，不過這應該是更高級管理人員的問題，沒有經過系統培訓，不應該責怪前台。
不瞭解各平台的優惠政策，對平台用户沒有啥傾斜力度。
沒有獨立的無煙樓層或無煙房間，屋內如不通風就能聞到二手煙味，特別是脱下來的衣物會被“醃入味”，不推薦據煙人士或有小童的入住。
不要添加酒店服務微信，沒有服務，除了事後騷擾你要好評，沒用。"

"酒店門口有免費停車位，保安會指揮停車，但是停車場有口有個摩託車司機把車橫在停車場入口衹留一個剛好車進的位置，車技不好很難進去的，讓那個人挪開一點還當聽不見。後面在外面吃完飯回來看見那個摩託車司機進去大堂和工作人員有説有笑的，估計是認識的人。酒店本身衞生情況還可以，給的毛巾都是一次性的，但是吸水效果不太好。房間有茶包和小零食。早餐種類不多，不太挑的話吃得還是可以的。還是希望不要因為給熟人方便影響了酒店形象，這個現象應該不是一兩天了。"

The size of the room is just right, the whole house is clean and tidy, and the corners and bathrooms are meticulously maintained. The most amazing full-face large floor-to-ceiling windows, open the curtains to enjoy the whole West Lake scenery, during the day, you can hear crisp birds and cicadas by the window, accompanied by the lake style healing, immersive feeling of natural atmosphere.
