"Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming."

Nas proximidades, há também um parque às margens do rio Panlong Jiang, onde se pode observar pássaros."

"Place is great. No bidet so sad but totally understand. Staffs are super duper nice and helpful they even allow us to check out a lil bit late due to us need to pray first. They greeted us with flower tea and even provide us with eye mask upon check out. Totally recommend!"

"This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!"

"Ficamos hospedados por duas noites em um quarto no terceiro andar, perto da lavanderia. Há uma escada rolante que facilita o acesso aos andares superiores, o que é ótimo para quem carrega malas grandes ou pesadas. Apesar de o quarto estar próximo a vendedores de comida e pessoas passando, ele era surpreendentemente à prova de som e dormimos bem à noite. O quarto estava muito limpo e a cama era macia. O café da manhã era bom e a localização é próxima ao centro histórico e à rua de compras. Os funcionários da recepção foram excelentes, muito prestativos e genuinamente dispostos a ajudar com qualquer solicitação. A hospitalidade deles realmente se destacou. O hotel está em uma localização fantástica, perfeita para uma caminhada tranquila durante o dia ou à noite, e também há alguns shoppings nas proximidades. Para os muçulmanos, há alguns restaurantes halal nas proximidades, na mesma rua. Há também uma mesquita do outro lado da rua. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia!"

"This hotel is really close to the airport, about a 20-minute drive. They offer a complimentary airport pick-up service – just give them a call when you land. The facilities are brand new and everything is spotless. There's a night market with street food right near the hotel, which was super convenient for late-night snacks. Despite being close to amenities, the location itself is quiet; I didn't hear any outside noise at all during the night."

The decor has a unique charm, completely free of that cold, impersonal feeling you often get in hotels; instead, it feels wonderfully homey everywhere you look. It's incredibly close to the airport, and the shuttle service was perfectly on time, so there was absolutely no stress about missing my flight or being delayed. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive—their hospitality almost made me blush! Check-in was very efficient, so I didn't have to wait around. The hotel restaurant's food was amazing, with a delicious homemade flavor that truly felt like eating a meal at home. The 'wok hei' (smoky breath of the wok) was perfect, and the taste was genuinely excellent. The guest rooms were spotless, with every detail of cleanliness meticulously handled. Overall, I was satisfied in every aspect. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a layover or transfer!"

"I initially booked this hotel online without much thought, and honestly, the value for money is absolutely incredible. The lobby greeted me with a lovely floral scent, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient, making check-in super fast. They patiently answered all my questions, and when they found out we enjoyed watching sports, they even upgraded us to a deluxe cinema king room. Watching the World Cup on the 120-inch screen was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors or water stains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The whole room was well-ventilated and felt fresh. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new; the lighting, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't bothered by any hallway noise. Downstairs, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, and just a bit further is Qicai Yunnan No.1 City, so you can find any kind of food you're craving. Unfortunately, it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently. I went out without an umbrella, got caught in the rain, and started feeling a bit sick. I ordered some medicine and filled in the address provided by the front desk, but after waiting over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. My phone even showed it as delivered. I called the delivery driver to ask where it was, and it turned out he had delivered it to the wrong building. He refused to come back and redeliver it, and then hung up on me, which made me furious. I asked the front desk for help finding my medicine. When they learned I had a cold, they brought me a cup of hot water for my medicine and thoughtfully brought an umbrella, reminding me that it's rainy season in Kunming and it's better to carry one. Their service truly warmed my heart. I will definitely be strongly recommending this place to my friends here."
