"The room was very clean, and my room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet. It's less than a ten-minute drive from Kunming Changshui Airport, which is super convenient. The hotel offers an airport pickup service. Even though the car was a bit hard to find, the lady at the front desk was very patient and responsible, keeping in touch with me about the location and the driver's arrival time. The hotel features a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and a projector, which are all big bonuses. Very satisfied! Changshui Airport 24-hour worry-free shuttle service."

"Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. "Very helpful and attentive, recommended for foreigner. The receptionist will use translator and inform you to add their wechat account to make communication easier. For breakfast I like that they also serve rose tea. They also provide pdf of summary for nearest or famous tourist places and how to get there. My luggage’s wheel is broken due to airport handling and I ask help from them for my travel insurance claim. They responded swiftly."

"We were on a business trip as a team. After checking out the hotel online, we were very impressed upon arrival and decided to book it. The hotel's location is excellent, just about 3 kilometers from Kunming South Station. The surrounding area has great transport links, a subway, and plenty of commercial options. The hotel is located inside Wanda Plaza, and there's a huge pond just 100 meters away with beautiful scenery where you can go boating, and the lights at night are stunning. The front desk staff mentioned that attractions like Dianchi Lake, Laoyu River, and Haiyan Village are only a few kilometers away, and the municipal government and Chinese medicine hospital are right next to the hotel. The room decor is exquisite, the hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding comfort is as high-class as a four-star hotel, featuring independent fan coil units and Arrow brand toilets. We were especially impressed by the front desk lady on duty; she was warm, generous, and provided thoughtful service. She was absolutely beautiful, with rosy cheeks and pearly white teeth! This was a very satisfying stay, and we look forward to our next visit!"

"The hotel is similar to other City Comfort Inn, the amenities good and room clean, toilet is good too. The staff servicing is wonderful., the counter told that their windows room does not have a city view instead its facing the residential units. Too bad, I was hoping for city view. My only concern on this hotel is that the location is not really near the main shopping district, you need to walk about 2km or take taxi. During my 5 days stay I still didnt manage to use the metro as a convenient transport, instead I walk or get ehailing driver to pick up. Another difficulty I have is that the drop off and pick up point for taxi or e hailing car is block by motorcycle lane, so its difficult to carry luggage and go through fast riding motorcyclist. There are many eateries within 10 minutes walk, and there are TCM pharmacy as well bread store just beside the hotel. Its fine if you are traveling lite and staying few days. Just don't expect its really at main shopping district or near mall."

It is located directly in the railway station area ，and I can walk to the railway station directly， and it's very convenient . there is also a subway station , so the transportation is very nice. and the hotel itself is good . so I would definitely recommend this hotel to you if you are staying one night near the railway station."

"This hotel was unexpectedly amazing! I was a bit worried that as a transit hotel, it might be a bit 'rough around the edges,' but it turned out to be far above standard in every aspect. As soon as the shuttle dropped us off and we checked in, the front desk attendant warmly offered hot water and a gentle greeting. Keep in mind, it was late at night, and they must have been working hard, so their enthusiasm was truly impressive. Then, seeing there were three of us, they proactively upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Not only do I have to praise the front desk attendant, but also the driver who took us back to the airport the next day. He was a genuine local, very kind-hearted, and patiently answered all our questions about traveling in Yunnan, even offering proactive suggestions. These warm and lovely people made the beginning of our Yunnan trip an incredibly positive experience. Finally, the cleanliness was also excellent, well up to standard, and the smart home features throughout were a big plus. The value for money was absolutely top-notch! It's a shame that none of the hotels we booked later in our trip were as perfect. Perhaps this one just set the bar too high (ಥ_ಥ)."

"Wanted a nice hotel near the airport for an early morning departure… check in was easy and smooth, room allocated was excellent with a view over the city, aircon worked well, but wife insisted on opening the windows 😒😒 The view was great, lots of local shops to look at and buy whatever you need. Wanted to go to the temple but unfortunately it closes in the late afternoon. Recommend this hotel for people catching planes, can get there by metro and walk, but recommend metro then taxi if you have bags…sorry about quality of photos"
