"Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming."

"The room was very clean, and my room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet. It's less than a ten-minute drive from Kunming Changshui Airport, which is super convenient. The hotel offers an airport pickup service. Even though the car was a bit hard to find, the lady at the front desk was very patient and responsible, keeping in touch with me about the location and the driver's arrival time. The hotel features a smart toilet, a Dyson hairdryer, and a projector, which are all big bonuses. Very satisfied! Changshui Airport 24-hour worry-free shuttle service."

It is located directly in the railway station area ，and I can walk to the railway station directly， and it's very convenient . there is also a subway station , so the transportation is very nice. and the hotel itself is good . so I would definitely recommend this hotel to you if you are staying one night near the railway station."

"Adorei este hotel despretensioso! Prós: 1. Bem no meio da antiga rua Kunming, então é uma localização super estratégica e a uma curta distância de muitas atrações turísticas. Você pode acordar às 7h30 da manhã e caminhar alguns metros até o icônico edifício Jiu Bei Lou e tirar fotos sem a multidão de sempre, e depois voltar a pé para o hotel para continuar dormindo, haha. Este hotel também fica a cerca de 5 a 8 minutos a pé da estação de metrô. 2. O quarto é bom para duas pessoas. Eles até têm um bebedouro no quarto para que você possa beber e reabastecer a água que quiser. 3. A recepcionista foi super simpática e eficiente. Avisamos a eles durante o check-in que teríamos que fazer o check-out cedo no dia seguinte para o aeroporto e perguntamos se eles poderiam levar nosso café da manhã para viagem. A equipe disse que sim, mas só pode nos dar pães e iogurte. Na manhã em que fizemos o check-out, a recepcionista nos deu mais do que apenas pães e iogurte, e até um pequeno presente de despedida! Tão atencioso e comovente! Esse pequeno gesto é ainda melhor do que a hospitalidade que os hotéis 5 estrelas oferecem, porque a equipe se esforçou ao máximo para nos dar tudo isso! Muito gentil da parte dela. 3. Há um café que serve chás especiais no térreo do hotel e, como hóspedes que nos hospedamos lá, temos 20% de desconto na conta. 4. Embora localizado na rua antiga, onde é muito movimentada e lotada, nosso quarto não foi afetado pelo barulho externo, pois ficava de frente para o pátio interno. Design muito atencioso no hotel. 5. O aquecedor de água no chuveiro é muito bom! Fácil de ajustar a temperatura, a pressão da água é forte. Contras: 1. Apenas um pequeno problema: eles só forneceram um pequeno suporte triangular no chuveiro para colocarmos nossas roupas e toalhas, o que eu não acho suficiente, sem mencionar que as roupas que são colocadas lá também podem molhar. Não sabíamos que o suporte era realmente para colocarmos toalhas e roupas, até perguntarmos ao hotel por que não havia um lugar para pendurarmos toalhas/roupas no chuveiro."

"This was a really nice hotel! I got jumpscared by the AI when taking a shower (she asked me if the water was to my liking). If you don't speak Chinese, you can probably unplug the AI and all will be good! For those who want to use the laundry, the laundry detergent goes in a pocket in the washing machine door (I got confused searching for it) There's also a really really good supper spot right down the road - called Yuanhong Shang Lanzhou Barbecue (I think?) on Gaode/Amap"

"We were on a business trip as a team. After checking out the hotel online, we were very impressed upon arrival and decided to book it. The hotel's location is excellent, just about 3 kilometers from Kunming South Station. The surrounding area has great transport links, a subway, and plenty of commercial options. The hotel is located inside Wanda Plaza, and there's a huge pond just 100 meters away with beautiful scenery where you can go boating, and the lights at night are stunning. The front desk staff mentioned that attractions like Dianchi Lake, Laoyu River, and Haiyan Village are only a few kilometers away, and the municipal government and Chinese medicine hospital are right next to the hotel. The room decor is exquisite, the hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding comfort is as high-class as a four-star hotel, featuring independent fan coil units and Arrow brand toilets. We were especially impressed by the front desk lady on duty; she was warm, generous, and provided thoughtful service. She was absolutely beautiful, with rosy cheeks and pearly white teeth! This was a very satisfying stay, and we look forward to our next visit!"

"Wanted a nice hotel near the airport for an early morning departure… check in was easy and smooth, room allocated was excellent with a view over the city, aircon worked well, but wife insisted on opening the windows 😒😒 The view was great, lots of local shops to look at and buy whatever you need. Wanted to go to the temple but unfortunately it closes in the late afternoon. Recommend this hotel for people catching planes, can get there by metro and walk, but recommend metro then taxi if you have bags…sorry about quality of photos"
