"前台小米服務真的太讚了！因為入住時已是深夜，外面比較冷，小米熱情的遞來了温水，快速的辦理入住，真的好暖心，房間地暖相當給力，而且面積很大，電動窗簾，智能馬桶，超大電視，舒適的床品，簡直太滿意了，早餐也很好，豐富而且味道不錯👍🏻，酒店的所有工作人員都會熱情的打招呼，詢問需求，真的太讚了，必須推薦（（*^∀^））👍🏻"

"The Lavande, which came to Feixian for tourism, the room atmosphere was very comfortable and the fragrance tasted very healing. The sanitation was cleaned very carefully and the public area was very clean. The front desk was gentle, and the free late check-out was given, and a free room type was upgraded when checking in. Check-in speed is fast, sleep at night is quiet, and live very comfortably. If you bring your family to Feixian next time, this hotel will definitely be the first choice."

"The stay experience exceeded expectations. The room was clean and refreshing, there was no smell, the bed was moderately hard and soft, the quality of sleep was very good, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water supply was stable. The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the procedures were fast, and the response was timely. The public area is clean and tidy, the overall environment is quiet, and the facilities are maintained in place. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests of this Fei County hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. Perfect for those working on the move, this hotel caters to a large number of business guests.
"這次入住體驗真的太棒了！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的服務。前台工作人員非常熱情，辦理入住手續迅速高效，還貼心地為我們介紹了酒店的設施和周邊景點。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，睡得很香。浴室乾淨整潔，熱水充足，洗漱用品也很齊全。最讓我驚喜的是房間的隔音效果非常好，晚上完全聽不到外面的噪音，休息得非常安心。
酒店的早餐種類豐富，讓人一天都充滿活力。體驗感非常好。
地理位置也很方便，出行非常便捷。總之，這次入住體驗超出了我的預期，強烈推薦給大家！下次來這邊一定還會選擇這家酒店！"

"一個被忽略的民宿，説實話真的特別特別不錯，不知道什麼原因入住率缺不高，比起各種宣傳營銷好的那些民宿首先壞境和服務一點不遜色。相比於那些節假日動輒上千的真的一點不差，不知道為什麼入住率卻很低，從服務員的溝通中瞭解得知是因為該民宿是ZF進行運營的，所以才會出現很多運營上的小瑕疵。我們是三個家庭一起預訂的，店員服務熱情，讓我們三個家庭都感受到了大美山東人的熱情，不愧是好客山東，各個細節提現的淋漓盡致。如果還有下一次的出遊，肯定還會選擇這家店的。房間照片忘記拍了，能感覺出房間是那種非常正規的場面人住的那種😁"

"在費縣，應屬不錯的酒店，科技感、智能化也很強，再加上兩張一米8的大床，看起來很完美。不過，提幾點建議，希望能優化：
1.科技是為人服務的，而住宿服務的根本還是要服務睡眠。床底感應燈帶，太敏感，且亮度太高，手一搭，被子稍一滑，燈就亮了，對於本身睡眠質量不太好的人來説很不友好，一晚上亮了七八次，醒了七八次。
2.電動窗簾，很高級，但同樣應該回歸本質。酒店窗簾，一在於私隱，二在於隔光，而隔光做的並不好，中間及兩邊縫隙太大。
3.既然走科技智能路線，就要關注好功能穩定可用。入住房間小愛同學未做好帳户和設備的關聯，無法控制燈光，窗簾，電視在內的設備。同時，建議一下，可以把電視做大，現在電視成本不高，但提升感受效果很好。
4.收取住店按金的做法，建議取消。這是十幾年前信任關係體系未能很好建立時的做法，現在雖説無錯，但給人感受不好。
5.早餐要提升一下，會提升一天的整體客户感受。
6.學習一下比如亞朵酒店的經營和服務方法理念。
希望越來越好，下次回費縣還會入住。"
