Very good Property. Just see the location that it suits you as whatever you are doing, but apart from that, the prize the cleanliness, the size of the rooms, the amenities, the friendliness nature of the staff. Everything was just perfect and no complaints and the room size was also very good with automatic curtains, a good size of bathroom . The front desk was very helpful in organising your taxi and waiting for you and giving you good service or a good experience at the property, and the price also is very good.

A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Convenient place to stay, with lots of eateries around the area. Hotel room is decent for the price paid. I would always choose this hotel for my business trip.

This is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones. The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door. They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain. The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******. If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms. If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

Bathroom are equipped with both shower and large bath. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, full of roses. We prepared our own, I think you can ask for them to prepare it for you. Here you will get a nice view, especially at night. The location is good as you're next to a mall where you can find a big supermarket if you go upstairs. There are lots of restaurants near this hotel, a KFC open 24/7, McDonalds until 22pm, chinese restaurants closes very late so if you want more tasty and nutritious food try it out :) I recommend you try out the cooked chicken from the restaurant that has an oven on the right side of the entrance. This chicken is on the first page of their menu, it's a must try ! if you just need a snack, there are convenience stores too

The hotel and facilities are old.The reviews of other customers are not quite correct. It is not a classy or classic hotel. Cleanliness is passable, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in other Vienna properties in China, and this one e is pretty much the same, and I wasn't surprised.

非常愉快的入住體驗！酒店服務人員都像家人一樣友好，房間乾淨整潔，床特別舒服，一覺到天亮。細節做得很到位，比如房間的充電器是免費的，免費的晚安牛奶，房間有滅蚊液，地理位置也很好，步行可達萬象滙和輕軌站，早餐也挺好吃的，阿姨還會幫你煮粉吃，你要吃啥，叫阿姨煮給你就好，以後出差就來這家酒店了，對了，因為是正好遇到颱風，昨天台風過了，還看到了絕美落日。

The staff go out of their way to be kind and helpful. No problem about staying at this hotel. Really nice safe feel to it. I didn't find anything negative about staying here at all and will be booking this again next time i am here.
