"Not sure how to review this one because while we found the family room we booked unacceptable on arrival and were accommodated by a room change, the hotel was not willing to provide a credit for the downgrade. Trip.com made good on this though so we were ultimately satisfied. We were told by the hotel that the other room we also booked was upgraded which was true but that upgrade was marginal and not close to equivalent to the downgrade according to the prices shown here. Moral of the story is to inspect before checking in if checking in early enough as this may allow one to cancel and rebook on this app for a proper adjustment."

"It exceeded expectations. From the room layout, space to cost-effectiveness, it was very good. Maybe it was because the weather was not hot enough so the swimming pool was not used. If it is true, it may be that there are really no supporting tourist attractions nearby and the cleaning needs to be improved. Sorry, the previous wave of guests didn’t even clean their cigarette butts."
