Very close to train station, easy to be found Hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to have early check-in. Room is clean and cozy, balcony view is good. I cant complain much

Nossa sala TEM UMA prateleira, que é compartilhada por várias outras salas, com UMA prateleira de Madeira e flores. Vale a Pena mencionar que o hotel é Muito BOM EM isolar, não Pode ouvir o som DOS vizinhos e o som de lá fora. Um homem Na recepção está BEM servido e NOS levou a armazenar SUAS bagagens para o quarto de neve no chão. É Melhor para o hotel combinar um cobertor de cobertor.

價格一樣的情況下，Pateau Rosa是面向馬特洪峯的房間，就在纜車對面，但就是想訂這家 想着8月滑雪人少，這裏這麼偏，應該會給我升級到南向的房間吧 我真是想多了，瑞士滑雪隊訓練住在這，滿房🤣 但這家小酒店真是招人愛，每個房間都有個大陽台 房間不大，但乾淨温馨 洗手間足夠大，有窗 采爾馬特水質非常好，洗澡很舒服 客房服務每天會給你放一瓶水，雖然應該就是水管接的 前台有免費的檸檬水和蜂蜜蛋糕，味道非常好，尤其徒步回來吃上，很幸福 可以寄存雪具，有直接通外面的門，很方便 前台服務貼心，英文也好 經常過去聊會天 ⚠️從火車站過去要打車，采爾馬特的小公交是不讓上行李的。提前訂有23瑞朗的協議價，我現場打我花了35歐。時間夠，不嫌累，返程走着也不是不行，大部分是下坡，走到火車站得半個小時。

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Bistrols from Dec 16 to Dec 17. During my stay, I experienced an incident that left me quite unsettled. Around 20 mins after my check-in to the hotel, another group of tourists (think was a couple) was able to use hotel access card to access my room, we, both parties are shocked and super embarrassed. This situation raised significant concerns about the security protocols in place at the hotel. As a guest, I expect a certain level of safety. If the room was accidentally opened without my presence, I am not sure whether my belongings are going to disappear, this situation made me had just a light sleep throughout the whole stay. The lack of adequate security measures not only compromised my sense of safety but also made me question the overall management of the hotel. In an age where guest security is paramount, I believe that Hotel Bistrols should prioritize ensuring that all rooms are properly secured and that guests feel safe throughout their stay. A point to add is that the receptionist has poor attitude towards her service. The whole experience which I would not consider to give this hotel another try in future. I hope that the hotel will take my concerns seriously and address these issues for future guests.

Highly recommended for this hotel , great location, near too everything, nice view from the balcony, big clean room , great service, I’m just loved it

Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money
