Beautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

Located just outside the train station so it’s convenient. You have to check in in separate building though which is 5 minutes away. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is a problem of doubling city tax which it written to be included with the room when paying from this app but then I got charged again in the front desk.

Appartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed. NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

Localização fora da cidade, então não é boa se você quiser ficar no centro (não é fácil de usar transporte público). Se você tem carro e quer um lugar de fácil acesso a partir do anel viário, a localização é perfeita. O único ponto negativo para mim foi o Wi-Fi. Você tem que escolher entre Wi-Fi gratuito e pago, mas o Wi-Fi gratuito não foi suficiente nem para responder meus e-mails... Parece um pouco propaganda enganosa dizer que o Wi-Fi está incluído.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, war in einer relativ guten Lage in Antwerpen, das Frühstück ist für alle Gäste inklusive und war zu unserer Überraschung extrem gut und umfangreich, man konnte sich selber sogar Waffeln im Waffeleisen machen.

Nos hospedamos por duas noites em um estúdio. Chegamos antes do horário de check-in previsto, mas fomos muito bem recebidos. Pudemos nos trocar e nossa bagagem foi guardada em segurança na recepção (e depois um funcionário a levou até o quarto). Fomos notificados por mensagem de texto quando o quarto estava pronto. Como já não estávamos mais no hotel naquele momento, o código e o procedimento foram explicados detalhadamente para um check-in tranquilo posteriormente, através do número 115. O estúdio era espaçoso e equipado com tudo conforme solicitado na reserva. Os fumantes têm um amplo pátio separado onde podem fumar e consumir suas bebidas sem incomodar os não fumantes. O quarto, a cozinha compacta e o banheiro estavam impecavelmente limpos. Há também uma máquina de venda automática no corredor com bebidas, doces, salgadinhos, escova de dentes e outros itens. Este hotel superou todas as expectativas de um hotel três estrelas. O check-out foi tranquilo e, mais uma vez, a equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa. O barulho da rua era audível no quarto, mas já sabíamos disso devido à localização do hotel (talvez solicitemos um quarto interno em nossa próxima reserva). Um quarto de hotel bem no coração da cidade, no entanto, tem uma atmosfera diferente. O hotel é muito acessível a partir da estação central (de trem), e você pode estar no centro de Antuérpia em apenas 20 minutos a pé. Da próxima vez que estivermos em Antuérpia, nossa escolha será fácil: Arass Hotel & Business Flats.

A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!

Check out time 10 o clock, is not good,I requested but she Elizabeth rejected my request very roude you must be leave before 10 .in this situation I m not happy , normally check out time 12 o clock , advertising free parking thay lying no parking available in the promises.i parked paid parking on the road. In the kitchen no tea kettle.

That flat was fin location great but the service is very poor, regain communication, when I arrived I have tried to reach them with calls and messages but there is no answer, that leads to I can't get the key and I have to book somewhere else for this night.

Nice location — the cathedral is right in front, with a lovely view, and most of the main points of interest in the city center are within walking distance. The apartment itself is nice, with an oven, WiFi, and several beds. There are also lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and it is not as noisy as some reviews suggested. That said, there are a few things to improve. Check-in is a bit inconvenient as you have to walk around 17 minutes to get the key — the process could be made less painful for guests. The hot water was not working during my stay, and cleanliness, , was not the strongest point.
