Immediately after booking, I received a messenger registration request from their phone number, and they responded promptly and courteously. I spoke to the front desk staff in English and was able to communicate well. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed, shower, and toilet were all comfortable to use. As I was leaving early in the morning, I was unable to have breakfast, so it is not eligible for review. This is a recommended hotel as it is close to the airport and Tashkent North Station.

Останавливались в этом отеле на момент пересадки в Ташкенте , в январе 26 года , отель хороший , заселили в 10 утра без проблем , так же вечером отвезли в аэропорт. Номер чистый , семья которая держит отель доброжелательная . Рядом очень вкусная кафе с местной кухней . Очень подходящий вариант для пересадок

Симпатичный отель, комнаты довольно просторные, завтраки вкусные. Кровать не очень удобная и свет просативающийся через шторы и двери мешают качественному сну. Еще острый угол в душевой, легко можно пораниться, что я и сделала. До метро идти минут 15, рядом национальный парк.

hostel location in the heart of Tashkent city. many foods around the area. you can walk to the beautiful city park nearby. the staff are friendly and helpful. no kitchen. but they provided breakfast in the restaurant in front of the hostel. no towel, but you can rent with a small fee. I am happy I choosed this hostel. 😬

Very accommodating and considerate with the time of check in and check out. The room was clean. They have great food.

This hostel like home for me, the owner and assisten really warm and so much helping me. Teh room is comfort and AC have properly function in hot weather outside. They have sense of belonging and the owner helping me through the problem like a dad. Dont worry they also give you registration and you can use kitchen whatever you want. They help me alot because my airplane was delay..

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Отель нас порадовал. Номер со всеми удобствами, хорошие матрасы. Горячая вода и кондиционер работал на подогрев. В номере нашли зубные щетки с пастой, мыло, гель для душа. Вай фай отличный в номере и не только, поработать удалось без проблем. Завтрак - шведский стол, есть что выбрать. Персонал на ресепшн помог с организационными вопросами. На такси отсюда недорого можно уехать ко всем достопримечательностям.

I arrived at 2300 and there is a monopoly of taxis. Frankly, I just wanted to get to the hotel so I hired the official airport taxi (there is a stand before customs, as well as money change facilities). The driver had a little difficulty locating it, but it is actually a couple hundred of meters from a mayor street. After traveling in China, I was relief to notice that the people at the hotel speak English (thanks Haselbeck). The room is clean and right behind the reception, at street level. Since the windows open, I asked Haselbeck about the crime situation and he laughed, stating that this doesn't happen in Uzbekistan. Breakfast was very good, with cold meats, eggs, cereal, cookies, cake, tea, coffee and blynis. While having breakfast I spoke to a person from India who was working is Tashkent about how he transports, since the Metro is about 1600 m away. He laughed it and told me to use Yandex Go and order taxis. Great find! They are really inexpensive .
