Hotel ambiance is nice. Very clean. Staff are polite and accommodating. Location is also strategic if you have some purpose in the metro. I just didn’t like their pinoy breakfast. Blant. Maybe their intercontinental breakfast is good but I haven’t tried.

Unfortunately, I lost my necklace during my stay. I understand that I may also have made a mistake in misplacing it, and I take responsibility for that. However, I was disappointed to be informed that nothing was found, as I am certain that I last had the necklace inside the hotel room.

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. Ok para o preço.O Pessoal é amigável e eles nos deixam emprestar mochilas e ter o nosso café 3-1 enquanto esperamos para a nossa viagem.Filtro forte e água, Mais com chuveiro quente e frio, com bidet de pedra também! Alguns arranjos têm de ser substituídos, MAS isso não afecta a nossa estadia segura e confortável.A piscina é limpa e disponível (sem custo adicional) até às 10h. Nossa Natação noturna é realmente divertida!

We had a very pleasant stay at Tsai Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire Tsai Hotel team for a wonderful experience! 😊

We had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great. Pros: - Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores. - Staff are hospitable and kind. Cons - HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room. - Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area. - Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes. Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

The room is great! Great food for breakfast , the staff was always polite and Kind 🥰🙂 the location Is perfect for clients who want to get their apostile documents in DFA Robinson galleria it just across this hotel aside from that it's near to SM cebu, pier terminal and center of cebu ☺️ I had well enjoyed my stay in this hotel thank you so much 😊 until next time

Mixed Experience - Needs Some Improvements I stayed at this hotel recently for one night (just for a FunRun Activity on the next day) and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points: Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem. Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed ) Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade. Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day. Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it. Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived. Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy. Would I stay again? Maybe,

É espaçoso e limpo. No entanto, o chuveiro não está funcionando. Há um pouco de sabão, mas nenhum xampu. A TV parece não funcionar tão bem. A conexão WIFI às vezes ficava lenta. Quando enviei uma mensagem para o hotel para perguntar sobre um check-in antecipado, não obtive resposta nem por e-mail ou mensagem de texto deles. Mas até agora está tudo bem, já que ficamos lá apenas uma noite. Se você está procurando algo com acessórios e comodidades de hotel completos, então isso não é para você. Mas se você vai apenas passar uma noite, isso pode ser uma boa opção.

The room was just fine and enough space for 4 of us, however there was no bidet in the toilet.. Hotel staffs are friendly.. And the price is really affordable.. We stayed here for 5 days, and they allowed us to early check in with minimal fee of 500..beds are comfy, they also clean rooms upon guests request.. The location is very accessible and there are several malls nearby the hotels..We Had a great stay here..thank you!
