"The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu."

"It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. "We recently stayed at V HOTEL Apartel and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist us with our needs. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient location very close to popular tourist destinations, which made it easy for us to explore the area without much hassle. However, the internet connection was quite slow during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for those who need to stay connected for work or communication. Overall, V HOTEL Apartel offers great service and cleanliness in a prime location, but it would benefit from improving its internet speed."

"This was our second stay at Travelite Legarda. We usually go to Baguio every January. During our previous visit, we stayed at Travelite Express Hotel near Burnham Park, and the following year we decided to try Travelite Legarda. This is now our second time staying here. We initially checked in to Room 321 and noticed that there was no hot water in the room. I immediately asked for assistance from the front desk because hot water is really important, especially since Baguio is very cold. FO Ericka and HK Arnold assisted us and helped transfer us to another room with hot water, Room 309. At around 9:32 PM, we had already transferred to the new room. Since the hot water was working, I started taking a shower. After a few minutes, two male guests suddenly opened our room, which shocked us because they were able to access the room. The two guests said that the front office had also assigned Room 309 to them. After I finished my shower, I waited for any staff or front office personnel to come, knock, or at least apologize for what happened—but no one came. I was really shocked and disappointed. I also work in the hotel industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but this situation was clearly a serious negligence. At the very least, an apology should have been given to the guest. I don’t know if the staff were busy or unaware, but this experience was not good for any guest. I hope this incident will not happen again to other guests in the future."

"The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good."

"Very affordable and clean transient in Baguio City! Super sulit ng stay namin dito. Maraming rooms at kumpleto ang amenities—from the living room, bedrooms, hanggang kitchen. Highly recommended lalo na para sa mga big families or groups na naghahanap ng affordable pero spacious na matutuluyan. Napakabait at accommodating din ng owner at housekeeper, kaya mas naging comfortable ang stay namin. May parking space rin para sa mga may private vehicles, which is very convenient. Accessible din ang location dahil karamihan ng tourist attractions ay nasa 10-15 minutes drive lang. Overall, sobrang satisfied kami sa stay namin. Clean, budget-friendly, and worth it.
