"Pousada adorável, quartos muito estéticos, limpos e confortáveis. A lavanderia é gratuita, mas não há elevador, então há muitas escadas para subir até o último andar! The guesthouse is surrounded by mountains on all sides with beautiful scenery. The property features a private garden and a private restaurant. It is located near the entrance of the Yulong River National Tourist Resort, just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute electric bike ride to the Qianquqing Scenic Area. It is 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by electric bike to the West Street Scenic Area, making travel to various scenic spots very convenient.
"O ambiente é tranquilo e longe da cidade movimentada. O cenário com vista para este quarto é lindo, de frente para o símbolo do Amor Antigo de Qianli. O quarto é ótimo para tirar fotos, e a chefe me deu pêssegos de presente🍑. Na noite da chegada, eu estava um pouco cansado e não queria sair para comer, então comi no restaurante privado administrado pela proprietária, no andar de baixo da famosa pousada. Fomos para Guizhou por alguns dias e queríamos comer refeições leves, como arroz frito, macarrão frito e tofu caseiro. A proprietária recomendou peixe com cerveja e frango com tubo de bambu, talvez porque éramos turistas de fora. Entendi sua intenção e finalmente escolhi carne de porco assada em Lipu, vegetais sazonais fritos e tofu caseiro.
A acomodação é um pouco comum em termos de higiene, com pouco papel higiênico (você pode ir até a recepção para pegar se necessário), mas no geral é boa. Houve um problema de conexão com o wifi no quarto na noite do check-in. Falei com a proprietária e foi resolvido cerca de 2 horas depois.
O café da manhã na manhã seguinte foi delicioso, leve e exatamente o que o casal de idosos gostava."

"I asked via trip.com how to get from xingping to the hostel they gave me a name which I couldn't find on amap so I asked the host from xingping to call them and ask to send me the name in chinese. They said they didn't know im coming from xingping and therefore they gave me this info. Then they said I need to get off at the bus station instead, its 3km from the hostel. When I arrived after 2pm no one was there and it was closed.i had to ask a lady across hotel to call them and tell im there. They gave her the pin so I could enter. I waited till they came not for long time. The girl gave me some infos what to see in yangshuo. When I got back around 8pm no one was there again so I had to communicate via trip.com which worked.
It was noisy until 12 from street then until 2 or 3 am the people who stayed in hostel acted like they were there alone. The receptionist offered to take me to bus station for 10yuan which was super helpful and convenient.
But nothing to complain f this price."

O hotel e a sala se sentem Mais desmantelados do que elegantes e modernos.Há muitas marcas que cobrem as paredes e mobiliário e etiquetas inprofissionalmente gravadas.Embora um pequeno quarto, o pessoal não tinha limpado o espelho escorregadio. A sala se sente menor do que nas fotos e a iluminação não é relaxante e não há janelas. Felizmente, a cama e o banheiro são decentes.

"Couldn't give it a perfect score, but overall it was decent.
**Location:** It's on a back street, very close to the Guilin Yangshuo bus stop/gas station, about a 5-minute walk. It's really quiet during summer and winter breaks (kindergarten is off). Picture six shows the rooftop view – the terrace is huge and the view is pretty good.
**Facilities:** Although it's branded as a new hotel, it's actually a second-hand place that's been slightly renovated. The bedside tables clearly look used. The shower area has no door or curtain; you have to use the bathroom door to block it off. However, the glass has a frosted film, so privacy is good.😌
**Cleanliness:** Generally speaking, it was quite clean. The public areas were spotless with no overlooked spots.👌
**Service:** The day shift service was good.😌 The two young guys on the night shift seemed to be just messing around.😄😂 Important notice, I'll say it three times… ⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you're unsure about your plans, I recommend not booking this place. They explicitly state no cancellations, and while you can negotiate, it's more cumbersome than canceling within the allotted time. ✅ The shampoo and body wash were good, and the room even came with laundry detergent, which was a nice touch.😌"

O proprietário foi muito acolhedor e recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes nas proximidades.
As instalações do quarto eram novas, limpas e organizadas. O ar-condicionado era potente; a temperatura de aquecimento de 22°C era mais do que suficiente. As janelas, do chão ao teto, eram amplas. Um pequeno inconveniente era que o chuveiro estava posicionado um pouco baixo, o que poderia ser inconveniente para pessoas com mais de 1,80 m de altura, e a água quente não era muito constante. O secador de cabelo era um pouco barulhento. No entanto, esses problemas são aceitáveis para uma hospedagem que custa pouco mais de 100 RMB na baixa temporada.
O cachorro do proprietário era muito bem-comportado e não tinha medo de estranhos.

Acomodação relativamente barata com janela/varanda com vista para a montanha cárstica, a apenas 100 metros do Rio Li. Alguns detalhes decorativos com temática tailandesa enfeitam os quartos. A cama é de casal pequena e há apenas uma tomada funcional perto da cama, à direita, além de controles de luz. O ar-condicionado funciona bem (considerando o tamanho pequeno do quarto). No geral, é aceitável por 100 RMB por noite, mas apresenta alguns problemas.
Reservei o quarto em ”promoção especial”. O Trip.com indica um tamanho de 12 m², o que está incorreto. Medindo, constatei 9,5 m², incluindo o banheiro. Se incluirmos a pequena varanda (2,5 m²), a área total do quarto é de 12 m², no máximo. Espaço suficiente apenas para uma pessoa com pouca bagagem. Duas pessoas teriam que se espremer para se movimentar. Não há espaço suficiente para duas pessoas - a bagagem teria que ficar na varanda!
A água quente funciona, mas não está calibrada corretamente. Ou fervendo ou congelando. Extremamente difícil encontrar a temperatura ideal para tomar um banho confortável. Coloquei a água quente no máximo e esperei. A água ficou extremamente quente após 40 segundos. Ajustei para reduzir a temperatura, colocando-a em uma posição intermediária entre quente e fria, mas a água continuou muito quente. Então, coloquei a água fria no máximo. A temperatura da água passou a ficar fria 29 segundos depois. Voltei para a posição intermediária, mas a água continuou gelada. Testei ambas as configurações por pelo menos 4 minutos cada e a água permaneceu ou escaldante ou congelante!
O hotel disponibiliza placas indicando o pedido de limpeza do quarto e eu as coloquei na maçaneta da porta por dois dias, mas sem sucesso. Portanto, só posso presumir que os proprietários não oferecem esse serviço. Este estabelecimento é classificado como um hotel de apenas 2 estrelas e, considerando o preço baixo, não se pode reclamar — desde que a tarifa seja baixa. Aceitável por 100 a 120 RMB por noite. Inaceitável por muito mais do que isso.

This is a wonderful family run guesthouse, where you can enjoy peace away from the hustle of Xingping Old Town. Differently from other types of accommodation we have seen in Dahe Bei village, this guesthouse is a hidden gem with charme and character. The food was excellent and abundant, freshly cooked by the owner herself. The owner picked us up from the Dahe Bei ferry dock, organised an electric moped rental in Dahe Bei (we didn't see many on that side of the river) and gave us plenty of tips and suggestions for where to go and what to do around there, including a sunrise hike to a nearby mountain that you can reach directly from the guesthouse - if you're into hiking (it's a 1h walk uphill through pomelo and orange orchards, followed by a series of staircases), it's a great spot, as we found only a few photographers when we got up there. The ginger cat and the house dog are cute and extremely friendly, adding to the overall wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water for showers after a day of hiking or driving around to see the surroundings. If we were to travel again in this area, we would definitely go back. Highly recommended!

This is such a lovely little hotel nestled right on the old street. The room was very cute and great value. It was a bit hot at night but the air con solved the issue. I loved the little bath which I enjoyed every night and the cafe at the front which is run by the landlady. I loved enjoying a fresh coffee and people watch in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and well kept. Thank you for having me!

Choosing LINJING HOMESTAY was a great decision! I recommend it 100%.
THE BEST OF A HOTEL: Spacious, beautiful, bright room with all the amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The views were fabulous, the bed was wonderful (large, with a comfortable, soft mattress and very soft sheets), it also had chairs and a table to work at, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. I liked that there were natural plants, too. The bathroom was fantastic. The bidet water gun was a pleasant surprise. You can shower with very hot water and good pressure. Don't worry if the floor gets wet: the water-repellent tiles dry very quickly. There are disposable towels if you want to bathe in the river, but there are also soft cotton towels and non-slip slippers to use in the hotel.
THE BEST OF A HOMESTAY: The hosts are a warm local family. I was touched by their kindness and hospitality. They helped me a lot and always gave me fruit and other nice things to eat. They were always willing to share a cup of tea. They also got me a motorbike at a very good price. And they let me use their washing machine for free. They even drove me to the station and dropped me directly on my bus.
THE SURROUNDINGS: The location is excellent. It is a quiet neighbourhood where local families live. You meet very friendly people all the time. You just have to cross the bridge in front of the hotel to get to the old quarter. Behind the hotel there is a path leading up to a viewpoint that few people know about. The path is very well signposted and is perfect for watching the sunset.

The hotel is sandwiched between a restaurant and a retail shop. Its very noisy as there are many shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. Every day there's loud music till late at night. The room is spacious and overall clean. However, there's no elevator and you have to either drag your luggage up the stairs or get the hotel staff to help you. Plus you need to drag your luggage for 10mins to catch your didi from the main road. The restaurant next to the hotel has 10% discount and their beer battered fish was very yummy. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Tive uma estadia bastante confortável aqui. A recepção foi muito simpática, falava inglês e foi muito prestativa, recomendando restaurantes para encontrar comida e me dando algumas informações sobre como fazer atividades locais. Gostei muito. O quarto do hotel era muito básico, sem TV, iluminação especial ou algo do tipo. Acho que definitivamente poderia usar um abajur ou algo no quarto para torná-lo mais aconchegante, porque a iluminação do teto é muito forte para os meus olhos. Meu quarto não tinha banheiro privativo, então usei o compartilhado. Acho que não vi a informação de que o recepcionista poderia ter dito que eu poderia usar os chuveiros do andar de baixo, bem como os do quarto andar. Mas só usei o chuveiro e o vaso sanitário do quarto andar, que eram ásperos, com cabelos no chão e o chuveiro alagava porque o ralo estava entupido e a cortina mofada. Mas quando desci, quando fiz o check-out, vi que os outros chuveiros e vasos sanitários estavam bem limpos! Pessoalmente, acho que todos deveriam estar limpos e bem cuidados. Mas, da próxima vez, usaria os chuveiros do primeiro andar. Fora isso, a vista do terraço é incrível!! E a comida do restaurante também é muito boa. Opções veganas disponíveis também. Infelizmente, alguns hóspedes que chegaram para fazer o check-in bem tarde foram realmente descuidados e ficaram batendo na porta por 2 horas às 3h e 4h. Não sei por quê!! Mas não consegui dormir bem por causa disso porque as paredes são finas como papel. Não é realmente culpa do hotel, mas as paredes não têm isolamento acústico porque o prédio é muito antigo, mas a equipe também não tentou compensar isso, mesmo que eu tenha contado a eles o que aconteceu e pedido ajuda com o assunto na época em que também estava acontecendo. Menos um ponto para isso. Mas, fora isso, foi uma estadia muito boa. Acho que a vista do terraço, o restaurante e o preço acessível são motivos suficientes para voltar, mas se eu fosse você, levaria protetores auriculares.

A localização está à beira do rio, com vistas incríveis, e a sala está confortável e limpa, com AC.

It's definitely worth to stay there. The entrance through the dressing shop is nice and unique. Also the bar at the upper floor is nice, not busy and you can enjoy time there. I got a really nice room directly with view on the streets.
