"I had read reviews of the hotel beforehand and, traveling with my family, was concerned about the cleanliness and ambiance, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Shanshan was incredibly hot in late July, but the hotel proactively contacted us and turned on the air conditioning early – a thoughtful gesture! We took care to remove our shoes when we stepped onto the tatami mats, but we still managed to get some sand on the steps, a testament to the hotel's meticulous cleaning. It was my first time staying in a Starry Sky room, and it had an exhaust fan, which was a pleasant surprise, providing excellent ventilation. The bed was the largest of the twin rooms I'd had on my Xinjiang trip. There were six of us, and we had originally planned to share a three-person room, but the children squeezed in, so it was still spacious for four. The hotel lobby was about 200 to 300 meters from the room, and when we arrived at noon, it was so hot that the front desk staff even drove us there. We were very grateful.
