"外出旅行漢庭是首選，因為乾淨衞生，設施齊全，床品舒服，服務很好，總之就是舒服。但是這次清明節到老公老家掃墓，住了四天，感覺不太好，首先，前台接待全程板臉，我是華住會金卡，前台接待説因為在攜程訂的沒有早餐，語氣生硬，我説了我原來在攜程訂的都是有早餐的，旁邊工作人員説，我們去申請一下，後來前台小妹説送我們早餐，態度有所改變。其次，早餐很差，品種少，數量少，連麪包都沒有，我們7點15分去就沒什麼吃的，工作人員態度不好，房間衞生可以，被子是羽絨被洗過之後沒有拍過，裏面羽絨一團團的，至少我房間的是這樣的，值得點讚的是前台會幫忙洗衣烘衣，但是不夠細心，我們少了一雙襪子，説了這麼多，是希望漢庭要堅持自己的標準，讓我們能放心的選擇。"
