"本來是覺得新挺乾淨的，但是還是服務意識跟不上吧！本來的好評打了半折。
有一説一，新酒店，
衞生：乾淨，每天打掃都不錯的。
設施：有點拉胯了，不是馬桶🚽爆屎💩就是突然跳閘，🤣🥵😰😥😓
服務：第一次有問題，要求更換，給換了，還沒弄完突然跳閘，大半夜的時間，就應該馬上調整再更換房間就好了，硬是拖拉半個小時沒能恢復正常，客人提出要換房間休息了，才給換別的房間。😅
服務行業中，有突發問題，且在商家可控範圍，直接做調整處理就好了，何必讓客人一直原地等着，看着保潔阿姨弄半天，沒辦法恢復通電？這不是應該先安排好客人，剩下的再解決嘛？
環境：酒店位置不錯，也新可以，所以還是連續住了幾晚，就是在處理問題的時候能夠及時果斷會更好。"

"酒店門口有一排停車位，後面小區裏面也有一個很大的停車場，停車完全無壓力。大堂很氣派，一進來就能感覺到當年是個四星或者五星的酒店。現在看來室內設施稍顯陳舊，不過也還是很好用。我這人對氣味比較敏感，連換了兩間房才讓我滿意，前台小美女態度始終的非常好。入住期間酒店管理也沒啥問題每次打掃都讓多給兩瓶礦泉水，工作人員也都非常痛快，不摳就讓人很有好感。連住了三天，期間多次和前台小美女溝通，都讓人感覺舒服，這個大大的好評。退房時候我丟棄兩件衣服在客房垃圾桶，傍晚的時候前台還給我打電話問我是不是遺漏兩件衣服在客房，讓人感動和舒心。整個酒店在服務方面做的很優秀，希望能保持下去，下次來普寧還會選擇這裏。"

Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. This is a service industry and he should be more polite and courteous. He will spoilt the image of this hotel. Management should send him for some people management course otherwise he is not fit for this industry
