"The receptionist was so lovely; she was clearly a new girl, perhaps a little unfamiliar with the procedures, but incredibly sincere and enthusiastic. Arriving late at night, she showed no signs of fatigue, greeting me warmly and even helping me take out the trash and reheat my food in the microwave. On the other hand, the resident manager needed to be more attentive to service. Arriving late, presumably during the soft opening, the manager was still working overtime with their laptop – truly hard work. However, when a guest asked for directions to the restaurant, the manager remained seated on the sofa with their legs crossed, casually pointing in a direction. In my humble opinion, when wearing a uniform in a hotel's common areas, whether working unpaid overtime or on duty, one should maintain professionalism. The breakfast was delicious; it seems they've offered complimentary breakfast on OTA platforms to attract customers and enhance the product appeal for the new opening. Compared to other Huazhu hotels, the quality was indeed very high. The facilities are modern, without the typical newly renovated or newly opened feel."

"體驗感一般，先説説優點吧，服務態度還比較好，房間蠻寬敞的，那個一次性拖鞋感覺質量蠻好，兩瓶水是不收費的，外面環境裝修還蠻氣派。應該隔音還行聽不到隔壁房間的聲音，走廊蠻清楚，但是缺點也不能忽視，衞生有待改進，尤其是這個床，實在是睡不了，掀開來床墊子是黃的，像屎尿，房間WIFI連不了衹能"
