The Hotel was a bit difficult to find ( 20 minutes walking to the nearest subway-Jingdong Lu - Exit 5 or 6 - if Exit 5 turn left when you come outside and then cross the street at the KFC and walk across the street and then 800 metres straight to the hotel) but once there I was able to figure out the local logistics, so no problems after that. The facilities are Extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The one thing I would like to point out as far as EXCEPTIONAL service goes is that on my first night there I returned to the hotel in a taxi and accidentally left my mobile phone in the taxi. The night-shift girl there spent 2 or 3 hours dealing with the police on my behalf to find the taxi and have the phone retrieved successfully. It was totally INCREDIBLE for all of the work she put into successfully retrieving the phone for me, and I will be forever Grateful for her efforts and her intelligent tactics to make this happen with a Great successful ending. This would probably never happen elsewhere. I would 110 % recommend this hotel due to the Great staff there and Super Cleanliness and Service and I have travelled China immensely.

The room was clean and cozy, and the front desk service was excellent. A big thanks to Home Inn and the kind front desk staff for arranging a quiet room for me to catch up on much-needed sleep. Getting good rest in a nice environment is truly essential.

很偏很偏很偏 偏得沒邊了。每次打車進來司機都要吐槽的程度。還有酒店大門老闆不打算翻修一下嗎😅一下車還以為被拉到什麼鬼荒廢的酒店了。 為了離機場近和去海昏侯墓方便才選的這，這個價錢這個外環境老闆屬實不良心了哈。 房間倒是挺乾淨的，床也睡得也舒服。出入不便但起碼還是能點到外賣的。

First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. With its convenient metro access, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, it is a very good choice for visitors to Nanchang. This was a really great stay! Mostly thanks to the excellent service from the hotel's front desk staff. We had been out playing, getting our makeup done, and taking photos, and when we got back to the hotel to remove our makeup, we realized we'd forgotten our cleansing oil. We just asked on a whim, not really expecting anything, but to our surprise, the hotel actually had cleansing oil available! They even proactively offered us facial cleanser as a temporary solution. It's rare to find a hotel that's so thoughtful and attentive to detail, considering even the small, unexpected things guests might need. These little details really made the stay extra warm and comforting.

The apartment is very charming and offers a truly breathtaking view. The location is strategic, with easy access to the metro and all essential services, making it ideal for getting around the city without any hassle. That said, with a few improvements, it could easily become an outstanding place to stay. First of all, cleanliness needs attention: dust was present on almost every surface. The check-in process is also not very intuitive, especially for international guests. Without the help of a young man at the building entrance, we would not have been able to access the apartment. One particularly disappointing aspect was the check-out management. Although check-out was scheduled for 12:00 PM, the electricity was cut off at 10:00 AM, leaving us without heating, hot water, and even the possibility of making a simple coffee for an hour. This significantly affected our final impression. Finally, we had to follow up two days later to receive our security deposit, something that could easily be avoided with a more efficient management system. In summary, the apartment has great potential, an excellent location, and a spectacular view, but it needs more attention to operational details. With better organization and care, it could truly reach the next level.

great location, 2-5 minutes walk to the mrt station depending on how fast you walk. mrt station is close to most things in the city/tourist area. there is a slight toilet smell when you first enter, the toilet seat was also slightly damp (perhaps from the cleaning after the last customer). the room is somewhat dark because there is only one source of yellow light on the ceiling, and 2 bedside lamps but not very helpful. not super foreigner accessible as the front desk receptionist doesn’t speak much english, so you will need to know a little chinese, but not anti-foreigner. overall a not bad, affordable hotel with a great way of traveling around the city, wish the lights were a bit brighter and there was no typical toilet smell.
