"I had a really good time and the people who work there are wonderful. They helped me with every problem. Such as finding a car to catch the bus to Chengdu in the morning and they can help organise excursions to the best places. The facility is very nice and new and neat and has a beautiful museum inside where you can see how they make textiles in the traditional way with looms. Was a wonderful experience."

"This was my first time staying at such a nice guesthouse. The room even had a washing machine and a refrigerator. ⭐️Location: The guesthouse is located in a spacious area with convenient parking. It's less than 1km from the old town and the market, a short walk away! ⭐️Environment: Upon entering, you're greeted by a large lobby with a fireplace and seating areas. The owners invited us to have snacks and tea, creating a wonderful atmosphere. ⭐️Room: The room was very spacious, equipped with an oxygen concentrator, humidifier, and a large TV. There was also a kitchen. The kitchen faucet even had a temperature display, which felt very high-end. The toothbrushes, combs, and bathrobes were all of good quality, showing the owners' attention to detail. 🫶🏾: The owners and their family were incredibly kind. They treated us to butter tea and tsampa in the mornings, providing a truly authentic ******* living experience. (There's a super cute and well-behaved little dog named Tsampa. I'm usually a bit afraid of dogs, but I absolutely love petting her!!) My friend is terrified of dogs, and the owner was considerate of her feelings by taking the dog away from the lobby. 🥰: I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Litang. I truly fell in love with this city because of such a wonderful experience."

"Fantastic! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage. Parking around the hotel isn't easy, but we contacted the owner in advance, and they kindly reserved a spot for us. The hotel's location is superb, right at the entrance of the ancient street, so we could enjoy the song and dance performances in the evening. The facilities are excellent, with an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. We could even turn on the underfloor heating when it got chilly at night. My husband suffered from altitude sickness and a headache, and they even gave him two packets of medicine, which made him feel much better the next day. The courtyard is lovely with lots of greenery. The room wasn't huge, but its smaller size made the oxygen concentration and humidification very effective. The oxygen machine runs until after 6 AM the next day before it turns off. The landlady was very chatty, and we managed to understand her Tibetan-Mandarin mix with a little effort, haha."

"Super nice ******* home stay. The owner speaks excellent English and was extremely kind and helpful. He recommended us where to eat and drove us personally to a local hot spring. He also helped us to buy bus tickets. The atmosphere is very sociable and you're welcome to hang out with others in the common area. Our room had a heating blanket and an oxygen machine, which we didn't use. The heating blanket was for the temperature in April more than enough. We decided to stay one night longer because we liked it so much. 100% very recommended!"

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable . It was really cold outside, but the heater could bring the temperature inside to over 30 degrees (too hot). The service was great, it was easy to check in and they helped us book transportation from Litang, and even made sure we got to our destination safe. We had a great time in Litang and would definitely recommend Zangbala Hotel!"
