Such as finding a car to catch the bus to Chengdu in the morning and they can help organise excursions to the best places. The facility is very nice and new and neat and has a beautiful museum inside where you can see how they make textiles in the traditional way with looms. Was a wonderful experience."

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable . It was really cold outside, but the heater could bring the temperature inside to over 30 degrees (too hot). The service was great, it was easy to check in and they helped us book transportation from Litang, and even made sure we got to our destination safe. We had a great time in Litang and would definitely recommend Zangbala Hotel!"

"We took Route 318 in late August. There were not many tourists, and the hotel price was still cheap at this time. We spent 180 yuan to book an oxygen-free room. The lady at the front desk was very polite and the check-in procedure was very fast. She also gave us two breakfast coupons. "Super nice ******* home stay. The owner speaks excellent English and was extremely kind and helpful. He recommended us where to eat and drove us personally to a local hot spring. He also helped us to buy bus tickets. The atmosphere is very sociable and you're welcome to hang out with others in the common area. Our room had a heating blanket and an oxygen machine, which we didn't use. The heating blanket was for the temperature in April more than enough. We decided to stay one night longer because we liked it so much. 100% very recommended!"

"Fantastic! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage. Parking around the hotel isn't easy, but we contacted the owner in advance, and they kindly reserved a spot for us. The hotel's location is superb, right at the entrance of the ancient street, so we could enjoy the song and dance performances in the evening. The facilities are excellent, with an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. We could even turn on the underfloor heating when it got chilly at night. My husband suffered from altitude sickness and a headache, and they even gave him two packets of medicine, which made him feel much better the next day. The courtyard is lovely with lots of greenery. The room wasn't huge, but its smaller size made the oxygen concentration and humidification very effective. The oxygen machine runs until after 6 AM the next day before it turns off. The landlady was very chatty, and we managed to understand her Tibetan-Mandarin mix with a little effort, haha."

"Esta é minha segunda vez em Litang. Reservei este hotel diretamente com o proprietário. O quarto foi reformado em agosto do ano passado. Não há cheiro peculiar no quarto. É muito limpo e a cama grande é muito confortável para dormir. O oxigênio e o aquecimento do piso foram instalados recentemente, o que é superpoderoso. Quando o oxigênio é ligado, a altitude relativa no quarto pode ser reduzida para cerca de 2800. Também há muitos restaurantes ao redor do hotel. "The owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat. The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket. This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out."
