"店家服務還可，在侗寨遊玩熱鬧，有煙火氣，但參加服務項讓人不舒服，在這以事論事
1.店家推薦可參加年慶長桌飯和看民族表演，共收費68+50=118元，二話不説付了。而在侗寨服務中心看到宣傳收費98元。向店家反饋後退回40元。店家通知等當天的工作人員聯繫。
2.侗寨新年當天10點多沒工作人員聯繫，即打電話聯繫多次沒人聽，去文化服務中心領票，才告知有五個寨子舉辦長桌飯，必須找回購票處領進場票，這時感覺很亂，搞不清安排。店家沒説明白長桌飯活動參加流程。
3。過了大半小時工作人員聯繫，話可領票，見面後衹給晚會票，沒給吃飯票，説下午開飯時提早來帶入場即有飯吃，這時感覺偷偷摸摸甘，因服務中心另一寨子講必須有票才有編號位置入座的。跟工作人員強調如不是官方安排的不參加，對方強調是官方的，叫我可以放心。
4.到晚上開飯前報到，現場工作人員問我拿票，我説沒發票，他説就沒得吃，又打電話反映給店家，溝通一輪告知坐旁邊沒偏號小桌，有編號的大桌是領導和貴賓吃，我問過大桌都是遊客，在賣票時半衹字都沒提過這回事這種差別操作。且大桌和小桌餐標不一樣。
5.在小桌坐了大半小時，坐大桌人在吃，小桌還沒發筷子給吃，後多次找店家協調申請退款不吃了。
6.總結，侗寨總體節慶安排熱鬧，但在收費活動上有欺騙消費者行為，通過宣傳招喚遊客過來宰割韭菜感覺。
7.第二天將問題反映到服務中心登記左，沒回復問題處理結束。"

"The owner had to help me find the hotel but he was very kind, location is amazing but of course because it is inside the main scenic area at night there was a lot of noise, I had a room under the roof so could hear many animals at night walking around - a little scary sometimes.
For the price I paid I think it’s okay but nothing wow. PS Even if you stay within the scenic area you might have to buy an entrance ticket to the park to enter beware!"

"Cons:
- stained towels and bed linen (I wouldn't care, but this hotel is 4 times more expensive than cheap hostels I usually stay in China, so I expect more)
- I found a big spider the size of a hand in my room (but to be honest: I don't blame the owners for that because the spider could just come from the window, so it's not their fault)
- the staff doesn't speak English
Pros:
- It is the cheapest hotel with license to give an accommodation for foreigners in Zhaoxing.
- The receptionist came to my room immediately after my call in his free time and killed that spider I was talking about above. He is my hero! :)
- Apart of stained towels and bed linen the room was cleaner than other rooms in other hostels I stayed in China.
- The hotel has a good location just next to the town's gate.
- I have got a bottle of water for free and all toiletries."

"The inn is located on the outer ring of the village, where there are less tourists. There is loud music from a nearby bar, but that stops by 11pm.
The wooden interior of the room gives it a fragrant smell, which I liked very much. Together with the sound of the river outside, this made me sleep very soundly :)
The owner is very helpful too."

"The room was large with everything needed. WiFi was poor. No breakfast provided but there are plenty of options nearby. The hotel is located opposite to the entrance gates, which is far when one has a big bag to carry! The staff nevertheless came to pick me up for free by motorbike. The hotel similarly provided on my way out , free shuttle to the high speed train station as my train was early and there were no official transport options. This was so kind. The hotel finally called me one afternoon when some old ethnic ladies paid a visit to the hotel. They chanted and were honoured. It was sweet that the hotel thought to call me to be part of it."

"民宿位於肇興侗寨中心位置，出入都很方便，並且鬧中取靜，遠離酒吧等吵鬧地界，怕吵星人狂喜。房子樓下是潺潺河流，夜晚伴隨流水聲入睡，再疲憊的內心都能感到安寧。睡個懶覺起床，拉開窗簾就有陽光灑在床上，窗外是侗寨的木質小樓和遠處綠色的羣山，一切美的像一幅畫，坐在窗前發會兒呆，班味就能成功去除百分百！還有，老闆姐姐不僅人nice，做咖啡和甜品也很絕，據説是特意去學習過的，點一份坐在種滿植物的露台上，曬着不要錢的太陽，看狗狗八戒撒歡兒，簡直不要太開心。如果不是假期有限，真想在這裏住上十天半個月！PS:民宿是2025年新開的，所以各種設施都很新，住起來很舒適。尤其是布草，質感絕了，恨不得帶回家一套去。"

"老闆親自開車到從江高鐵站附近來接應的我們，非常熱情也很悉心，離店時也把我們送到景區大門口停車的位置。老闆娘做的早餐品種也豐富，特別是肉沫米線，分量太足啦！味道也好！房間設施齊全很新，乾淨衞生，窗外風景景色宜人，夏季更好！房間陽台也超大，很安靜，熱水暖氣都很足。第二天我們寄存行李去寨子逛逛，因帶了兩衹鸚鵡，去寨子不方便攜帶，老闆很負責任，還特意幫我把鸚鵡放到安全舒適的地方保存。民宿離寨子走路也就幾分鐘，很方便，是一次非常不錯的旅行體驗。"

O proprietário até nos ofereceu um upgrade gratuito de quarto e serviço de transfer gratuito de ida e volta da estação. Também nos ajudaram com a bagagem. Como era inverno quando visitamos, nos lembraram da significativa diferença de temperatura entre o dia e a noite. O serviço foi atencioso durante toda a nossa estadia. Logo na chegada, recomendaram guias de viagem e nos deram explicações, respondendo a todas as nossas perguntas prontamente e resolvendo quaisquer problemas imediatamente. Até nos deram especialidades locais como lembrança de despedida. Uma pousada perfeita! Com certeza, escolheria este lugar novamente se voltasse.

GGuest UserRecommended for those who love villages, terraced fields, and tranquility. Cleanliness: The room was exceptionally clean; there wasn't a speck of dust on the windowsill. It also had a smart toilet, which was very comforting, especially since my stomach was upset due to the recent cloudy and rainy weather.
Environment: Located in Tang'an Dong Village, the 270° panoramic view of the terraced fields is breathtaking. It's incredibly peaceful, and on clear nights you can even see the stars.
Service: They offer pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed rail station. The landlady is incredibly kind and welcoming. Knowing we hadn't eaten dinner, she brought us porridge and fish; and worried we might get carsick on the early train journey along the winding mountain roads, she made us noodles to tide us over.
It was a very pleasant trip!

UUsuário convidadoNous avons été très bien accueillies par la gérante de cette auberge. La chambre était calme et très confortable. Une seule petite réserve, les serviettes de bain étaient en papier, ce qui est moins agréable que les serviettes en tissu. Toutefois, compte tenu du climat humide, il n’est peut-être pas facile de faire sécher les serviettes en tissu.
À la fin du séjour, la gérante nous a raccompagnées jusqu’à la gare des bus.
Merci encore à elle pour toutes ses attentions.

JJoeend voo siu fungVery good service provide in free picking up from railway station and daily to the zhaoxin dongzai village. Consider the hotel was located near the entrance gate and need some vehicle before entering the village, thumb up to the service, it save up your money travel. The hotel is located behind another hotel but its fine, they provide a single use of disposable towel, if u need like the regular absorbent cotton towel need to request the aunty, they also run a restaurant just across the road so u can have some meals over there also. The hot water need to wait for 20 minutes prior heating so need to wait a bit ya. One of the things that need for improvement is the laundry service, during my trip i was told the machine was not working so i need to went across the road whereby the laundry is locating beside their restaurant, no dryer available ,only regular washing and hang up at their balcony after spin. But the response by the owner by wechat was 👍🏻, any problem just reach up to them.

juste un point de detail , j'ai eu un peu froid la nuit sans systeme de chauffage.

Clean room and luxurious bathroom, felt very new.
The hotel design is also quite modern
The hotel is located off the main busy streetnso its quiet, but if you want the beautiful buildings on mainstreet was just a skip away.
Service was good aswell, though you had to call a number as there was no one at the desk permanently.

TTuan Ying GohFriendly lady boss. Could arrange for pick up from Cong Jiang station. Quaint village. Nice and easy to walk around. The room floor creaks as it’s a wooden floor. Accommodation provides ear plugs but we didn’t have to use them. Bathroom is a little small but very local and rustic. Have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Accommodation is located in a very central place but away from the noise. Worthwhile stay.

Não consigo dormir esta noite.Pensar que é o dia seguinte, Mesmo que volte para casa, acabará.De certeza que não voltará a voltar!!

If you have trouble sleeping, you can choose to stay in a higher room or live outside the Dong Village. We live on the fourth floor. As soon as we entered the door of the B&B, the grandma who embroidered the sachets said to me ”Here we come” and it made me feel very warm. The boss will also pick us up at the entrance of Dong Village and help us carry our luggage. The landlady will wash and lay out the sheets and help us carry our luggage upstairs. He also asked us to walk softly, be quiet and respect each other. The room has plenty of hot water and the air conditioner is new. The location in the middle of the village is very lively. I thought it would be noisy when there was a bar singing at night, but it was okay. It's just that the height of the toilet room is low, and the roof leaks a little when it rains all the time. Before I left, I told the boss lady and she apologized to me🤦♀️ At night I only heard the sound of rain and the sounds of cats and roosters. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window, I saw rain hitting the tiles, and a kitten came to say hello. It feels like a family house. We are very careful when staying in it and even help to clean it up when leaving. I casually booked a B&B for a hundred yuan, and it turned out to be the most cost-effective B&B I’ve ever stayed in in Guizhou.
