"The hotel is very near to dagu glacier entrance, 5 min drive only. The owner also so nice to help us, as we arrived at the hotel very late at night. They also helped to arrange car for us to go Dagu Glacier and even to sent us to the Maoxian train station. The room is very big andcomfortable. We really had pleseant stay here. Recommended to everyone to book this hotel. Btw, we are from Malaysia🥰"

"This was my first business trip here, and I chose this hotel randomly, but it turned out to be an unexpected pleasant surprise. The landlady was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room was very clean and bright. I was surprised to find that breakfast was included at such a great price, and it was even homemade bacon buns prepared by the owner herself! This hotel not only lets you experience the local culture and customs but also offers delicious local food. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The staff and receptionists were so friendly, hospitality, they helped me so much to find scenics informations in Li County (although this hotel is in Heishui). The quality of this room is excellent, automatic curtain, air conditioner, toilet... always in very good condition.
This hotel locate in the center of Heishui, 200m on the right side of the hotel, you can find the small market (open in the afternoon), they sell fresh fruit like tangerins, apples just 4 yuan / 0.5 kg (so cheap)... 300m from the left side of this hotel, you will find the supermarket"

"I needed a place to stay overnight near San'ao for a night climb, so I found a hourly-rate room in the county. To my surprise, the hotel was very new and looked clean. Parking was super convenient – you just drive right in. The TV was big enough, and screen mirroring was a breeze. The restaurant downstairs looked good too... I'll have to try it next time I'm here."

"The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible.
Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table."

"第二次到羊茸哈德，第一次是4年前的一個9月，整個寨子停滿了車，雖然人多吃飯都要排隊，但美麗的景色和熱情的村民還是給我留下了非常美好的印象。此次本來計劃是去四姑娘山，途中有朋友高反嚴重，臨時起意帶他們一行改道來到了羊茸哈德。正值淡季，遊客明顯少了很多，去的時候遊客服務中心衹有我們一行6人，但前台小哥哥的熱情不減，特別真成，説現在是淡季，我給你們升3個最好的房型，雖然現在不是最美的季節，但一定讓你們玩的開心。辦好手續不出幾分鐘，管家就到了服務中心帶我們去房間，這房間果真給了我們莫大的驚喜，這才是名副其實的免費升級啊，和其他酒店的所謂升檔完全是兩個概念😄至少升了五個檔，簡直誠意滿滿。管家大姐也非常的熱情，而且非常愛乾淨，為我們忙上忙下，真的像在自己家一樣舒服和温暖。晚上在寨子裏閑逛，一路都會有熱情的村民和我們主動打招呼！這一趟旅行因為有朋友身體不適，一路折騰，但羊茸哈德的熱情給了我們莫大的温暖。一行六人非常非常滿意👍為羊茸哈德的服務點贊，希望你們越來越好，能得到越來越多遊客的關注和好評，我們一定還會再來的！"

Very closed to Dagu Glacier entrance, so the location is great. The room was cleaned. They only provide disposable towels, so bring your own if you need to. The receptionist was very helpful.

I asked and was told that the room was made entirely of solid wood by a local hand-made person, and it cost more than one million yuan.

Sunny P.The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby.
We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding.
The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day.
It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!

Traveling solo to Dagu Glacier, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even invited me to try some yak jerky. The room was exceptionally clean, and after I booked, they had already turned on the air conditioning and floor heating, making it super cozy. I drive an electric car, and there's a charging station less than 20 meters from the entrance, which is incredibly convenient for long-distance electric vehicle trips.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel.
When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale.
The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.

Although it was a random choice, I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. The newly opened hotel, the environment is very clean, the scenery is good, the key boss is very warm and friendly, and the cooking is delicious! There is also a cute kitten from the boss. The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
