I have been to many hotels and in comparison I would not rate this hotel 5 star. The main thing that lets this hotel down is the poor quality of food. We paid half board but eat lunch or dinner out most days because the food in the hotel was basic and poor quality. You are served drinks at your table and are billed for bottled water. I witnessed local children enter the hotel from the beach and use the pool they were asked to leave by the life guard this happened twice and guests were confused. I also had another child walk up to my sunbed and leave a card with a charm asking for money and I sympathise with the poor especially children but I was shocked that there is no security to prevent this from happening which put me on edge with my personal belongings or money I carried in my bag. There needs to be more staff waiting serving drinks round the pool areas as it’s lacking good service.The room was cleaned every day but the wardrobes are useless you cannot hang your clothes the way they have been shelved so I lived out my suitcase on the floor. Our room never had any hooks to hang out towels after a shower so she dried them on the chairs on our balcony. I would recommend paying extra for a room with sea view other wise you will be facing a busy noisey road.

Everything was perfect, stuff is verry friendly, food is excelent and the hotel is close to the important place. They surprize us with a cake for my husband birthday! Extra clean rooms and verry food activicities every night! Also, you have 3 pools ams beach place!

Amazing hotel,with an amazing sea front location. The staff are very friendly,fun and accommodating.The food choice was plenty and al a carte devine,the cocktails are amazing and delivered to our tables or sun loungers all in all a very relaxing holiday location,I feel rejuvenated! We definitely would stay here again x

beautiful vacations, nice locations and nice environment. The service was very good from the guys at the bar and especially from Dimitris, Eli and bar manager Antonios. the room was clean and seemed renovated. the drinks were very tasty as well as the food. we will see them again in September.

Let themselves down in certain areas as the hotel is beautiful. Views simply stunning. We were half board and 1 member of bar staff was totally unhelpful and let the rest of the fabulous staff down. Glasses in dining room not very clean-they in my opinion should be sparkling at a 5 star hotel. Maria on reception was there to listen,and hopefully the issues will be addressed. She handled the situation in a very appropriate way. Glad we were only b&b as the food was only ok at breakfast and the glasses put me off generally. Can't understand why you can't help yourself to coffee and juice at breakfast as you are often waiting for it to be served after you have finished the food? But,it is a beautiful hotel.

We had a truly wonderful holiday in this special hotel. It is beautiful with amazing design, friendly staff and an idyllic location right on the beach. Views are lovely from wherever you choose to sit, either by the pools, in the restaurant or on the bar terrace with a cool pre-dinner drink! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with absolutely excellent food. The rooms are contemporary with super comfortable beds and we had a gold room with full sea view. Gorgeous. A special shout out to the staff though because they are genuinely lovely. I joined Yoga classes with Karina and the darts competition with Peter was great fun. They were both fantastic. All in all this is a classy hotel but maintains a lovely welcoming feel. Highly recommended!

Currently here for my 30th birthday with my partner brilliant hotel, good service staff are friendly and hard working food is great could not ask for more 10/10 would recommend special thanks to spar staff and too Alma Therapist for my lovely massage :)

Nice time, beautiful hotel, nice view. The room was clean, thank much to good staff. Animation team was great and thank them so much. Food was delicious. Hotel I so close to the beach, nice drinks, good atmosfer, night eavnig show is really nice and spectacular.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are bright and spotlessly cleaned daily. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, beds are huge and very comfy, bathroom is small but beautifully done. Breakfast is excellent with a large range of choices. Tonnes of sunbeds next to the pool and beach. Definitely revisiting soon.
