Pretty good location especially when we updated the room with a sea view. Excellent service and great breakfast.But the Wi-Fi was so poor when we were at room.Whatever it was still an awesome holiday

Had a lovely time - the room overlooking the bay provided the best view and it was a dream to wake up to the sound of waves every morning. Can't beat the location and there are several restaurants nearby as well as the hotels own which was really convenient for drinks in the evening and for a quick lunch between beach sessions. Everything was clean and quiet and service was friendly and even called to tell us our room was ready earlier than planned.

Such a nice hotel - nicely renovated and the friendliest team - nothing was too much trouble. The location is wonderful right on the beach and beautiful views. Delicious dinner and I was sad to leave too early for breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast was filling and lots of choice. Fantastic location. Bus service to town good and cheap. Can't wait to return.

My brother and i cane to Jersey to give my brother his first real break since our parents passed away. The hotel made every attempt to ensure we felt welcome, and as my brother is profoundly deaf this meant some of the staff learnt a bit of sign language. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We were greeted every time we walked by anyone, and i have to say this one of the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. Well done to everyone x

Faultless stay with the standout feature being the attentive, polite, professional staff for whom nothing was too much bother and everything was served with a smile. Beautiful location, never overcrowded, an unspoilt gem.

Hotel:- Amazing location right on beech
Room:- Clean, comfy, essential available that you need.
Staff:- All of them from cleaners to reception to bar staff etc, fantastic, friendly and helpful. It made our stay better.

This is a lovely property right on the beach
We booked a sea view room with balcony and if you can go for that .. it is def worth it for the views alone
Check in very easy staff all lovely
Breakfast was self service but good variety of items
Bedroom small but well equipped with kettle tea/coffee and fresh water
Housekeeping excellent
We will be back .. hopefully to see more sun !!
