Hotel Snowland Srinagar

Decent hotel for family stay with a very good breakfast and dinner spread. Pro’s: Calling out 2 exceptional staff at the restaurant for being super friendly and kind with great client service - Shaqiya and Adil. Amazing work… keep it up. Heavy Improvement required - The rest of the staff including the general manager could do better to have better attitude and offer a smile to the clients for service offered. Small requests to accommodate feeding requirement for toddlers is quite normal and the staff apart from the 2 friendly guys named above do not need to have a disgruntled look for such minor requirements. If no requests can be accommodated then call out at such and make it clear that the hotel does not like any additional request or feedback. Clients on holiday only expect a smile from the staff and if that’s too difficult an ask then the staff is probably in the wrong industry. Quite scathing in my review but it was really dissapointing overall to see grumpy faces all through. If it was not for Adil and Shaqiya we would have probably cancelled our reservation and checked out in 1 day itself. Good hotel needs good staff as well.

Stay was quite awesome. Whole staff greeted us so well. Front Desk hospitality was amazing. Room service is so quick. Mr Ayoub from housekeeping department treats us as if we are their personal guest. Suggest you to give it a try. Have wholesome experience

Overall a very satisfying stay. Rooms are spacious and interiors are good. Breakfast has everything for Adults and Kids Ample parking space Reception staff are smiling and helpful Room service is quick and food portions are good Hotel ambience is great and infrastructure looks new and is easy to navigate.
