Rooms were good and cozy considering the cold weather. The front office were warm and friendly. The room service too was excellent. The food from the restaurant was amazing and tasty. However, if the rooms were well lit with some more lights, would be perfect as we felt it was a little dark inside.

The hotel offers spacious and cozy rooms. They provide welcome drinks and daily drinking water for their guests. If you ever feel suffocated, you can easily open the windows in the rooms. Additionally, heaters are available if you need them. The staff is quick to assist and always strives to ensure that guests have everything they require. The receptionist's attitude could be a bit more welcoming. It's a bit strange that the washrooms lack ventilation given the standards of the hotel. The dim lighting throughout the entire hotel, especially in the hallways, creates a dull atmosphere that may not appeal to everyone. Lal chowk is at walkable distance from the hotel

Property is nice. The pricing doesnt pinch you. Location is central. You can walk to many places from here and market is nearby. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Its way better than the pictures. Although the view from the windows is a compromise. Food is decent and service is great. If u need to feel kashmiri culture then you should not stay at branded 5 stars because they have a generalized approach towards guest management thats standard across india. For that kashmiri touch and factor ahdoos is a great choice.

The hotel is average. We got a room which didn’t have any view. Hotel and the room is a little dimly lit. Room size is good and service is also good. This can be considered for a transit stay or a night stay. Food is the restaurant is amazing but they have limited options

Most pathetic hotel i had ever seen in my life. I got room no 107 or 108
there kitchen smell was all around in the corridor after having there veg food in lunch, i had diarrhea and went to khyber hospital immediately and was puking whole night
my humble advice is instead of this there are many nice and clean reasonable and good hotels near dal lake don't spoil your trip

1 - room was super deluxe - clean and spacious big bathroom but the water mixer was not working properly. 2 - food - average not worth the hype. 3 - location - main market. 4 - staff & service - not satisfactory 5 - overall - 2. 5/5
