Amazing rooms with an amazing view...would love to visit again!!! Best houseboats in Srinagar. situated in Nageen lake with great location. Front view is filled with beautiful and majestic mountains(nice terrace area). would love to visit again!!

It was an exquisite experience of ambience, decor, hospitality, food, comfort and vibe. All the staff took great care to extend a warm and homely stay! The view from deck was outstanding. Houseboat is complete experience of Kashmir with homely stay, floating market and visit to factory to see hand craft pashmina and other things

Gurkha Houseboat #4 - We stayed at Houseboat #4. Maqbool chacha was awesome! He made sure each & every need of the customer was taken care of. The food was very very delicious and felt like home cooked food. When medicines were required, he made sure the meds were arranged as quickly as possible. Made sure we didn't get taken for a ride for the various Shikara rides (boat rides). Thank you Maqbool Chacha for such hospitality shown to us!

Gurkha Houseboat is the best Houseboat in Kashmir. Without staying in Gurkha Houseboat kashmir Trip incomplete. I am highly Thankful to the Caretaker Mr. Tanvir. He is very helpful to the tourists and Mr Mukul chacha is very helpful during our Stay in Kashmir . We enjoyed Homely Vegetarian food during our stay in Gurkha Houseboat Kashmir. I reminded to all the people who plan to stay in Kashmir. Please visit the Gurkha houseboat Kashmir and you feel the best Experiences in your life. Dr. M. N. Just phenomenonal.... lovely experience. Stayed for a night. First of all... lovely staff. Homely feel and experience. Great food. Super peaceful. Very clean, exquisite woodwork. It is definitely a worthy experience to have. Will be back.....

During whole Kashmir visit, staying at Gurkha Houseboat was d best experience..It’s incredibly beautiful houseboat..The stay was very pleasant and comfortable..The food was delicious..The ***ager Mr Tanveer and staff members Mr Ashraf and Riyaz were very helpful and prompt in providing services..They made us feel like a family..Kids too loved it..Overall it was Amazing and memorable experience..5 star*****

ITC Welcome Gurkha House Boat welcome us with elegance & amazing hospitality. Property has been amazing full of beautiful décor giving glimpse of Kashmiri richness in every bit of it, Walnut wooden walls & furniture with perfect blend of Kashmiri Decor, a comfortable stay with proper heating arrangement. Warm Welcome with traditional Kehwa and briefing by Tanveer and very nicely taken care by care taker on board and has been serving freshly cooked meals. Really overwhelmed with hospitality in mid of Nageen Lake full of amazing view and peace, we stayed for 1 night only and left houseboat with next day with thoughts to come back and stay there for longer period. Thanks 🙏

This is Simply amazing, the team at the houseboat have a Great hospitality sense and they do provide world class service. Food in dinner and breakfast both is good and tasty. Rooms having heating facilities, that makes the night comfortable. Enough space in the room to adjust an extra bed. View from roof top is superb.
