Hospitality & food were awesome. Staffs were very polite & ready to help written all over their faces. Nicely located. We went for an R & R. Ambience is also good.Planning to visit soon with family. I strongly recommend this property for a vacation to Jannat-E- Kashmir.

We booked this hotel as the pictures and the location seemed very appealing but our stay in this hotel was anything but comfortable. The 1st night that we stayed here, the heating in the aircon did not work and my family slept in the cold. The next morning, when we went to shower, there was no hot water and the staff asked us to wait for 30 mins to get hot water. The wifi in the hotel was super slow, hardly worked. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and the amenities were sub standard compared to the hotel charges.

It was great experience staying at RK Sarovar Portico. We had our corporate group staying there. Food quality and menu options are very good at the hotel. Hotel has variety of dining options to suit your taste buds. Everything is well maintained. All the rooms have great view and are spacious & clean. Banquet area of the resort is also good for corporate conferences or events. Everything from the seating to buffet and the staff deserves a mention. The staff was extremely professional and courteous especially Imran Wani & Sartaj. They are efficient and prompt to assist you with your queries. They all work as team and have good experience to ***age big corporate groups.

During our Srinagar tour we stayed at R K Sarovar Portico. One of the best property to relax at Kashmir. Our special thanks to Mr. Imran Wani who was of great help arranging this tour. Staff, Food, Ambience everything was just Superb. Dr Indravadan Shah Surat Gujarat

The hotel staffs are very nice.co operative ,restaurant is good , place is nice ,view points are good , room service is good , we have meeting here so meeting place is little small but ok with it .reception staffs are good . Vehicle system is very Good .

The worst experience ever! The rooms are so small u can't get in or out without banging into something..also the AC doesn't work properly its throwing dust when put on..even the blankets and pillows are set without washing..the linen is dirty.. the reception staff is rude too! Big thumbs down for the price Paid.
