This is a such a great place to stay in Srinagar. Service is top notch. Our absolute favourites were the services rendered by the staff. Aamir from front desk and Ilahi Manzoor from the F&B are our favourites, who went all out to make us comfortable and happy. The only complaint is the bed and the aircond which left is warm and stiff. But we will come back for the service and food.

Have to give 1 star because there is no option to give a negative or even negative 100 stars. Horrible service, utterly incompetent and useless staff. For providing a single water bottle you have to call a hundred times finally when you raise your voice at reception do they bother to refill it. Food is utter crap, all the family members (9 people) are facing stomach issues after eating dinner. Above that the kitchen staff has the audacity to say outside food is not allowed and youst eat their utter garbage. Worst of all My booking is till 26th of June and I have to bear another night of this torture.

Overall, the hotel has a good property with potential. However, there's room for improvement, particularly in the food spread and taste, which could be enhanced. Additionally, the hotel staff could benefit from being more professional in their service delivery.

I will never recommend this hotel in terms of safety and worst services in terms of cleanliness . Food was good, hotel location is good but housekeeping department services were worst. They keep on lying and do not keep the room and washroom neat and clean.

The rooms as shown in the pictures are not the same. In my room which was interconnected with my kids the Bathroom did not have lights, the bedding mattress was seriously damaged and very uncomfortable, food and services were not hygienic as my Daughter and Wife both had stomach issues eating there. It is a 3 to 2 star. Rooms and bathroom cleaning not done with any chemical or soap. Water just wiped off and bedding not changed.

It looks all the reviews written here are paid or are of friends and relatives. My friend and his wife stayed here for 3 nights and are on the return journey to their home town and they had a horrific stay in this hotel. 1st day they found a total lack of service, no one at the reception to greet, no welcome drink, then onwards room with hard bed which left the back sore after the 1st night stay itself. Next morning, the breakfast was pathetic to say the least. They informed the travel company who requested for a room change and this is where the awesome service and hospitality of this hotel comes in. Without taking permission or waiting for the return of guests, the hotel staff packed the belongings and shifted everything to the other room. They knew that a lady was staying in the room and still they had the audacity to enter the room in the absence of guests, touch and pack their belongings. This is the most disastrous level of hospitality one can expect from a hotel. They had the guest’s number but no one bothered to give a call. I will request tripadvisor to have an option for 0 rating instead of starting from 1 for such hotels.

We had a great stay at Ennco Resorts. Thanks to Irfan for recommending this place. The service is at par excellent. Thanks to Hadi and his team. The team was helpful during the stay and would like to express my thanks and appreciation for their service and care. Food and hospitality is amazing. Recommend this for everyone.
