Had a 2 day stay in royal heritage! My mum and i mum were well taken care by the staffs! They took care of our needs and ensured we were confortable. The staffs are always welcoming and helpful! Definitely treated us as family. Had an amazing stay!

I visited Kashmir in end of December and It’s was amazing trip…I stayed there 5 days…and it was an amazing experience..Hotel is really awesome. Food was too delicious, services are outstanding even the staff is very polite and helpful. Really recommended.. Thanks to everyone (the whole hotel staff).specially the ***agers and Restaurant staff… Love to stay there again.

Really liked the place. Heated room with hot water. Good service and clean. The resraurant is great with top kahwah tea. The staff is warm and welcoming. Felt relaxed and welcome. I surely recommend.

The Hotel is located near one of the main attractions of Srinagar, the Dal Lake and Also Polo View market . Services are excellent and the staff are polite and well trained. The rooms are clean and the food taste is amazing.

Excellent experience. I have stayed here ***** with my families in 2 tranches. Booked Heritage suite rooms which has all the necessary amenities. Rooms are spacious. Best thing of this hotel is food quality. Got some delicious foods . Buffett food options for Breakfast & Dinner are really good and great value for money. Special mention to Aqeel, Abid, Omer & Bilal. During our second leg of stay, they voluntarily upgraded our rooms to Suite room and arranged additional help for our early morning flight. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible.

For the tariff charged, this hotel is a nothing but an utter waste. Too tiny for 3 person to stay in it. Deceiving pictures in the booking websites, unclean rooms, pathetically shabby extra bed with stains in it, arrogant & ignorant staffs who desisted from even switching on the AC in the reception when we checked in, Lack of coordination within staffs, threatening tone of a supervisor are some of the key features of this hotel. Fudging food bills - we were added a bill worth of 1300 Rs, when confronted the supervisor pushed us to pay fOr something that we didn't take at all. It involved a Chicken Curry dish on which i debated and finally he had to agree.

One of the Best hospitality given by the Hotel Staff. The staff was great. The Team specially Insha and the F&B ***ager were very helpful, and polite and ensured warm gestures. On the day of arrival, we were welcomed with the Kashmiri special Tea - Kehwa. We checked into the Family Suite room and the room was clean and bright, additionally and the room service was always on time. The hotel is having Lift facility which the majority of 3start properties are missing in Srinagar. I will recommend this hotel to every guest for a peaceful stay with professionalism.
