I will not suggest this hotel to anyone... My experience was very bad.. The TV issue was not resolved even after my repeated complaints. These people do not recharge the cable and when asked by the customer, they make the excuse of technical issue. There are frequent power cuts in the hotel, but despite that, these people do not run the generator on time, so that they can save fuel. Due to the power cut at night, the hotel had become dark and it was difficult to get out of the room. There was no accountability from the hotel for this thing. Guys please don't waste your time and money by booking here, the food here was also bad. If you are taking a package from a travel agent then my advice is not to take this hotel, it is a waste of money.

It is a decent hotel. But rooms are little smaller. Also as it is too cold need to provide electric tea kettle in each room. Heating was satisfactory.

They have major electricity issues, and even-though they have generator they didn't run it in order to save fules.

Location of hotel is good. Clean rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Must try coffee. Electricity and wifi issue happening very often. Overall good budget stay.

Hotel is jst gud from outside but room are in terrible condition with foul smell coming, plaster coming out, broken beds & other things.
