Hotel the Dewan

We visit to kashmir it is one of the beautiful place, our stay was so good and comfortable enjoyable, most of all the dewan by royal naash one of the good property, staff is supportive and respective, and the services is so good, most of front desk , #Khursheed, mehraj, and housekeeping, #Haroon, so helpful

Wonderful stay at the hotel .. the staff was very helpful & provided with all the best amenities a special mention to Mr. Tanveer who made our stay comfortable!! The food was also very delicious and sumptuous especially the local delicacies!!

The hotel was really good to stay at. Family friendly, at good location, and great service especially by Mr Tanveer who helped us throughout. I stayed here 3 days comfortably and have no complaints. Would like to visit again definitely soon

Very nice service and staff also specifically adil, nazakit and afshana they servers us best and provide good behivour…😊 and the breakfast and the dinner service they provide is too good… i must say that if anyone plan for Kashmir then must visit here😊

The place was more than expectations…staff was really good ..all we cooperating…at reception Mehraj and Wasim was really helpful ..afsaana in restaurant was like family… enjoyed the stay … must recommend place … thanks to Akram too for guiding

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had .We felt very good because of mr waseem at reception he helped us alot and made us enjoy. service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Largely a disappointing experience, although the staff seemed polite and well meaning. The rooms were prepared in advance with extra beds etc, however were not cleaned the next day as apparently we were to leave our keys but housekeeping staff did not mention it. The food was good but the place where it was served was overcrowded and therefore had to wait until the end of dinner time. Food quality was overall good. Although more choices could have been given in dessert. We asked for a taxi to visit temple ealry morning but it only arrived 30 mins late. Hotel staff tried to justify by saying that temple entry starts only at 7:30am even when it takes more than 30 mins to reach there from the hotel.

Hotel The Dewan by Royal Naqash, was our second home here at Kashmir. The service is really up to the mark. All the catering staff is really welcoming and polite. Our trip to Kashmir was memorable just because of such nice and cozy room and good ambiance that anyone would need after doing a day log site seeing and getting tired. But every day when we got back to hotel, we felt so relaxed. Hotel food was very good also the staff was very quick in getting you your specific food orders. Overall the stay was really amazing and it's a must visit place.
